The house has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The common areas consist of a large winter lounge with its bar, a summer lounge and a functional kitchen.
Beds will be made and towels provided.
For the outdoor space, around 1000m2 with a living room and dining area under the pergola, a large living room on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. A plancha is also at your disposal.
By car, you are 5 minutes from La Hume beach and the train station, 40 minutes from Bordeaux and Biscarrosse and 20 minutes from La Dune du Pilat and the ocean beaches.
You will have access to the cycle paths to reach the Lac de la Magdeleine, the port of Arcachon from which, by boat, you will reach the Cap Ferret.
