Enjoy our newly renovated and updated apartment. Located in south Lethbridge off the noisy and busy streets.
Guests love how clean the apartment is and looks. Moderately decorated. We are close to the Lethbridge Community College (LCC), restaurants, fast food establishments, Costco. Within walking distance to Enmax Sports Center and College.
Off street parking is provided free of charge.
High speed internet provided.
This is a four-plex building. You will be staying in apartment #2.

Clean and easily accessible

We were just in town for a family get together. This property was very easy to get to, very clean, and very easy to navigate! I will definitely consider staying again should the need arise! 🙂

Larouche stay

The only window on the main floor was broken and unable to work properly. Bedding in the room with king size bed didn’t appear to be freshly washed, multiple hairs on pillow cases and on fitted sheet. Would recommend having scissors and a wine opener for utensils.

We stayed in this location because of the proximity to the Enmax Centre for the Brier .

Great place to stay with very good manager and owner who went out of his way to deliver a bar-b-que for our group. Extremely happy with our stay!

Great location

Perfect location for walking to Enmax Centre. Many good restaurants nearby. The place needed a bit of upkeep. (3 out of 5 lights burnt out above dining room table., no water pressure from faucets because screens were plugged, drains in sinks needed to be cleaned (slow draining) ). Just a few examples. Also the furnace kept going out and we had to keep flipping the switch to restart. Overall, a good unit once the list of repairs we left are completed.
