This home is located in the heart of the southside and has been completely renovated from top to bottom in 2021. This bright, spacious, immaculate suite is located with perfect access to downtown, the U of L and Lethbridge College, Lethbridge Regional Hospital, shopping, pools, parks and more!

Well kept location, all the amenities we needed were there and maintained. Any small niggles were address very quickly and with great communication. Also shout out to the host for their recommendations while we were there. They were on point!

Beyond beautiful inside. The attention to every detail make this home so special. Comfy beds, coffee fireplace. Outside street noise cannot be heard in the home, like nothing. Walking distance to lake, park and Japanese gardens. 6 mins to the casino Would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay, quiet and cozy, and right close to all amenities. We enjoyed our stay, and our granddaughter enjoyed all the kids books. I will definitely request to stay in this home again.

So comfy

Accommodating Host and beautiful property!

Check in instructions were clear and the host was helpful in answering any questions that we had. The basement suite was beautifully decorated and very functional. Would highly recommend a stay at this home on a quiet street.

A fantastic getaway home

Everything in this property is excellent: location, beautiful decoration, impeccably clean, comfortable beds/bedding, fully equipped kitchen etc. It was a pleasure to call this our home for 9 days in Lethbridge! Alfred is a fantastic host. The check-in instruction were very clear. He was very responsive to our questions too. Would highly recommend this place.

University Summer Session

An amazing space to spread out and do your studies. Nice and cool, lots of space, modernly decorated with a wide open floor space. Nice and bright for a basement suite. Little to no street noise. Centrally located and easy to get around. Only a short 8-10 drive to the Universtiy of Lethbridge. Property owner, Alf, was an amazing host!!

Perfect!

Couldn’t ask for a nicer place to spend several nights. A generous amount of coffee and other items were supplied. Some places give the bare minimum of everything. Not here! We would certainly return.
