The Squirrels Nest is tucked away in the outskirts of Inverness.It is a very safe and quiet neighborhood.It is conveniently located 2 miles from Walmart and publix for all your shopping needs.In addition you are 20 minutes from Beautiful downtown Crystal River and Kings Bay.The back yard is completely fenced with a 12 foot access gate leading into the state forest.The trails are beautifully maintained so u can enjoy quiet walks,or feel free to bring your 4 wheelers or golf carts.The front and back porch both have covered decks.The back porch has a gas grill and also a gas firepit for complete relaxation! The home has been totally remodeled and is very clean and spacious.It is a two bedroom,2 bath.The master bedroom has a queensized bed and its own bathroom.The guest room has a full sized bed and its own bathroom.Both bedrooms have televisions.There is also a third small bedroom that can be used for extra storage.The kitchen has a large open floor plan with plenty of seating, new appliances,cookwear and dishes also provided.After dinner you can settle into to cozy livingroom complete with cypress ceilings,a couch with 2 recliners and a big screen TV. High speed internet,Netflix,and cable are also included and last but not least,it also has a washer and dryer.If your looking for privacy and comfort for 2 weeks or longer,the Squirrels Nest may be the place for you!!

Peaceful paradise.

We enjoyed the wooded property and the fire ring. Property owner was friendly and accommodating.

Perfect....

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and VERY clean. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to historical downtown and restaurants . But, if you wanted to cook, the kitchen was well equipped with everything. Plus, there is a nice gas grill on the back porch that we used when we stayed in. As described, the big back yard was fenced and "Fido" enjoyed the freedom. Megan, the owner, made the renting process a breeze. She was quick to respond with every question we had.
