10stars! Couldn’t be happier with this place, Zach the host was so helpful and communicated the whole time. The pictures don’t do justice on how stunning the views and how nice this place was. The location of this specific cabin was very private as well,
At first impressions when we got there, the other cabin was a little closer than in pictures online, but did not affect our stay . But cabin was clean and nice veiw and very nice to stay in !
The space was perfect for our family and the location off the bypass gave us easy access to Pigeon Forge, downtown Gatlinburg, and the national park. Very clean and cozy.
Loved everything about it, it was not only beautiful but comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay with our family and grandchildren. The views were spectacular !!
Cabin has great location, plenty of space and privacy while being clean and updated.

Location, amenities, cleanliness and condition of property were all top notch. Nicest Gburg cabin I’ve stayed in and I’ve been there a lot over the last 30 years. I plan to book with Zack again.
My family and I had a fantastic stay in this cabin over our kids' fall break. The location was convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and lots of hiking. It was clean and spacious. We cooked meals in the kitchen and had all the supplies we needed. We highly recommend this place!
Great cabin to stay in for a family. Pictures were accurate of property. Zack was very communicative throughout our stay. We will definitely come back!
Cabin was just as advertised. The cabin is new and the views are amazing especially at night with the lights from the city below. Everything just a short drive away.
Everything was amazing! Owner was helpful, cabin was clean and up to date with everything we needed. The view was spectacular!!!! Will be coming back and recommending to all. Thank you!!
Our family rented this cabin for Christmas. It was amazing! We loved the view, Christmas decor and ability to be within close proximity of a-lot of major attractions. The cabin already had a-lot of necessities that make up a successful trip so everything was great!
I loved everything about this cabin. It had everything I could have asked for. The view is amazing. All 3 bedrooms had an on- suite bathroom. TV in every room. The electric fireplace was so pretty. And at the end of each busy day I relaxed in the hot tub. I will most certainly coming back to this cabin.
Everything about this cabin was perfect for our family of 7, ages 5-75. Location is great and view is spectacular! Very clean with impressive amenities. One surprise that we weren’t expecting was a full sized pool table that the adults enjoyed daily. We were excited to see a bear on two separate occasions during our stay. We loved it there, and would definitely stay there again upon returning to the area!
The views from this cabin are absolutely beautiful! It’s located a short drive to restaurants and entertainment. We used Door Dash for all our groceries, which was super convenient. It was only a 40 min drive to Clingmans Dome, which is a must-see! Only a 20 min or less drive to several trails. The cabin is modern with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a game room that kept all my kids entertained! Definitely a great place to stay!
This property was just as advertised! It was located up at the top of the mountains. Great play area for the kids upstairs. Hot tub was hot and clean. We definitely would come back and stay again. We had a bear visit just below the balcony on the first night there. Amazing views! Thank you for an amazing vacation!
This property is very nice and it’s in a great location with an amazing view of Gatlinburg from near the top of a mountain. It’s only 5-10 minutes from town depending on where you’re going. The house was recently built and has great amenities that we enjoyed like the hot tub, air hockey, and pool table. My kids also loved the arcade game. We did have an issue come up when we tried to check in but the manager took care of us and made it right and they were very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others.
The owners thought of everything when building and supplying this home! All the special Christmas deco prolonged our holiday celebration! We had an amazing view of the fireworks at midnight and wished we would have known a right out of the driveway would have taken us on a less treacherous path to downtown Gatlinburg. Publix and Instacart delivered groceries to us several times.
Only downfall was bunk beds were noisy and no ceiling fans. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved our stay at this property.
It is as advertised and the pictures are accurate. New, clean and beautiful. The view is incredible. The host is amazing and responded every time I had a question. I would have given it a 5 rather than the excellent 4 I gave it for only one reason which may not apply to most people. My wife is a light sleeper and there is a road next to the property which can have high traffic in the mornings. Otherwise, I think you will love this property. Attention to detail in the cabin is awesome. In summary, you will like it...
I am giving a 2 star review because we were falsely ACCUSED and CHARGED for missing pillows/cases. To clarify, the 'missing pillow' charge was relatively small compared to the warped blind charge that we agreed to pay. However, it is a matter of principle to be accused of stealing when we did not take anything from the property. We tried to work this out with the host, Zach, through multiple communications and he was totally unwilling to consider that we did not remove items from his property. Future guests please, do a comprensive inventory upon arrival and take photos of EVERYTHING on the property. You may not know what 'missing item charges' could be applied after your stay.
1) The upstairs bunkroom contained 4 pillows (2 decorative, 2 sleeping pillows) the bottom bunk sleeping pillow did not have a pillow case. No big deal, we brought our own pillows. I did not see a need to bother the host regarding a missing pillow case. At the end of our stay we were falsely accused and charged for missing pillows and that missing pillow case. We absolutely did not take any pillows or cases. We told this to the host, Zach, and he did not believe us! I wish I had a photo of the room and the missing pillow case to 'prove' it was their miss. Who steals pillows in a pandemic anyways? If you do stay with this host, take pictures of EVERYTHING!!!
2) There are no curtains and the blinds can warp from the heat of the sun. My baby takes an afternoon nap and to help block out the sunlight, I put two pillows up against the blinds, above his pack n play. I put them up at 2:00pm and took them down at 7:00pm. When I took them down the faux wood blinds were warped on the bottom where I had placed the pillows. I honestly thought the blinds were wood and not plastic. The sun was so bright that afternoon and with the blinds up against the window, being insulated by the pillows, the sun warped the plastic blinds. I immediately notified the VRBO host. The vrbo host also charged us for blinds. Which we were in agreement to pay because I unintentially warped them.
3) The downstairs bathroom shower is very slippery. So be careful.
Positives: the property was close to downtown, it was nice that all the light switches were labeled and the view was beautiful.

We host 300+ stays per year and have 500+ 5-star reviews across multiple platforms. Out of 300 stays a year, guests are charged for missing items or damage less than 10 times a year. It is not a common practice, and not worth my time to arbitrarily "make up" charges especially for something so inexpensive such as pillows. The guest admitted to putting pillows up against the window, causing them to burn and warp. When the guest checked out, pillows were found to be missing from the room which she admitted to causing this damage. In our hundreds of 5-star reviews it is often noted how clean and meticulous the cabins are when the guest can arrive. I assured the guest that our cleaning team would have never cleared a cabin as ready with missing pillows, it doesn't happen. There is a detailed check list that the cleaning crew follows, followed by a 3rd party quality control person to double check the cabin before any guest ever checks in. We take pride in the quality of our cabins as evident in our reviews and it should tell you more about the person writing a negative review over $17 pillows that were involved in damage that they caused than the property itself.
