Relax and unwind @Yona Trail Hideaway, the perfect cabin for your Smoky Mountain vacation. Our cabin is a place to make memories with your closest family and friends. Spend your mornings on the deck enjoying coffee while admiring the breathtaking views and your evenings watching movies in the theater room. After a long day of hiking, sight seeing or at your favorite theme park you will find the hot-tub warm, welcoming and ready for you!

This 3-level, 3-bed, 3-bath cabin is centrally located in Gatlinburg’s premier resort community - Black Bear Falls, just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Each level offers its own King Suite and attached full bathroom. This allows privacy for multiple families and small groups.

Our cabin is located just minutes from all of the wonderful attractions the Great Smoky Mountains has to offer but is just far enough off the parkway to give you the feeling of seclusion. Yona Trail Hideaway is in the perfect location to enjoy the National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood, The Island @ Pigeon Forge and so much more.

Black Bear Falls is a resort style community, which provides safety as well as amazing amenities and lush grounds including an outdoor pool + kid pool and 3 duck ponds. No windy roads or mountain terrain to get to our cabin as all roads in the community are paved and curbed.

Please note the following:

**Our cabin is professionally cleaned after each guest stay using advanced cleaning measures and protocols. We employ a private housekeeper who keeps our cabin exceptionally clean and well maintained.

**Our cabin is located in the mountains, we have a pest control service that maintains the cabin regularly however there is a chance you will encounter bugs, wildlife and anything else that calls these mountains home.

BEWARE OF BEARS - If you see a bear during your stay DO NOT FEED IT! Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE, but they have been seen in the area and they do call the Smoky Mountains home.

*CHECK–IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in and check-out is automated through an electronic keypad. You will be provided your own personalized door code for your stay that will only work after check-in date/time and throughout your stay. Check in any time after 4pm/ Check out is 10am ET.

No late check-outs or early check-ins will be accepted as we need to provide our cleaning and maintenance teams ample time to get the property ready.

House Rules:
The following house rules are set in place to keep the guests and homeowner safe and to protect the integrity of the community. Outdoor security cameras are focused on the entry and exit points of the home and are only checked when needed; Black Bear Falls resort also has 24-hour security cameras to monitor the premises. Violation of any of the following rules may result in a monetary fine and you will be asked to leave the property.

*No parties or events are allowed at the cabin, no exceptions. This is not a party cabin, this is a place to relax and enjoy time with friends and family.

*Noise Ordinance – There is a noise ordinance in place for all guests in the Black Bear Falls community, please observe the overnight quiet hours which are from 10PM – 8AM. Any noise complaints will result in a $500 fine.

*10-person max occupancy. The cabin is ideally situated for 6 adults + kids. Additional sleeping arrangements allow up to 10 to occupy the property comfortably.

*NO SMOKING or VAPING is allowed in the cabin, no exceptions.

*No pets allowed, inside or outside of the cabin, no exceptions.

*No early check-in or late check-out. We need to provide ample time for our cleaning and maintenance teams and unfortunately cannot accommodate these requests.

*Guests must be 25 years of age to rent the cabin, no exceptions.

*There will be no refunds given due to weather or any other unforeseen issue that is outside of the control of the hosts.

*The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

*We are available to answer any and all questions you may have for during your stay. Keep in mind we are not on call 24/7 and all communication is to be kept on the platform.
