As you arrive in beautiful Palm Springs you will be greeted by scenic mountains & warm breezes. Then, as you make your way to this RECENTLY renovated/remodeled open concept 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home located in the Gene Autry area, you will continue to enjoy endless mountain views from the living area, while lounging in the private pool, relaxing in the hot tub, or simply enjoying the huge backyard.

Casa de Verona is bright & airy with fun surprises and every amenity needed!

Located close to downtown Palm Springs (about a 7-minute car ride) and to many other shopping and local attractions.

Additional info:
-Residential neighborhood, so please be respectful and aware of your noise level, especially between 10 PM and 10 AM.
-Please avoid tracking water inside the house to avoid slipping.
-Dogs are the only type of animal permitted
-The pool and hot tub do not have childproof fencing.
-There is a $65 (Apr-Oct) or $95 (Nov-Mar) per day charge for heating the pool (gas/heat usage is monitored remotely). No charge to heat up the hot tub.
-Garage cabinets cannot be accessed by guests.
-A/C cannot be run for long stretches below 72 degrees. If you prefer a lower temp, please let us know, and there will be a $40 per day charge. The thermostat is monitored remotely.

Great Palm Springs getaway!

Bare bones? The house has every single thing needed. We are a family of 6 ourselves, so we always made sure of that. We have never ever received that comment in our over 100 reviews (on Airbnb). We have every single thing needed plus 6 extra blankets and 6+ coffee mugs. All beds have down comforters and there is an extra comforter for use as well. In addition, there is central heat in the home and an outdoor fire pit to warm yourself around. These two concerns were never mentioned during your stay. We responded to every comment/request in a timely manner and the house is fun, stocked, tidy, and inviting. It's unfortunate that you could not point out any positive components when there are several and we were incredibly accommodating.

Great Place to Stay!

The house is comfortable with great outdoor space. It is about 11 minutes to downtown Palm Spring, close enough. We would definitely stay here again. There are a few things to consider. Walls are very thin between bedrooms, if you're paying to heat the pool, tell the pool guy all day long and keep the hot tub on, otherwise it's a waste - neither really ever got warm enough to go into, go pick up coffee in the AM. It's a French press in the house which is usually great, but it's not that convenient when there are more than 2 people.

The mountains call to us from time to time as well. Most importantly we love to have a good time and enjoy entertaining. This home was designed with entertainment in mind!!

We purchased this property based on the fact that we wanted a space in the desert. We have been traveling to Palm Springs, Pioneertown, Joshua Tree, and Coachella for several years.

What makes this property unique

This property offers a fresh and open floor plan with a backyard designed for entertaining and relaxation. All furniture is new or carefully curated vintage finds. Brand new kitchen with modern appliances and all the amenities you need. Brand new all wall sliding doors. There’s a kitchen window that slides open as a pass through to the backyard. Unobstructed mountain views. The backyard is huge with a fire pit and chairs that surround it. There is also an outdoor dining table for six, a bbq, and outdoor shower. Both bathrooms are clean and stylish as are all of the bedrooms. There is Retro video game console, record player, Sonos, and portable speakers available. Keyless entry. Bocce ball. . Free guest Netflix account.
