Watch movies sports . All rooms have tvs King and queen beds.pool heating is optional. There is a charge if u chose to heat pool in fall and winter months. Summer months no charge. We had the most amazing time here. Our host Larry was very responsive and accommodating. The house is on a quiet street and the back area with pool is very private. We really enjoyed the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a few days in January and much enjoyed the great communication and accuracy of the listing details. The home is located on a corner lot with a nice private backyard pool/spa. We enjoyed the hot tub on the cooler nights. Definitely feels like home and was well maintained. Highly recommend!
