This was a perfect spot for a 5-day retreat. While we didn't have time to use any of the amenities, there were plenty to choose from. Great lake views from the main floor and all the bedrooms & bathrooms were well appointed. Would definately use again.

Wonderful accommodations. Near to everything in Lake Placid. Michael was a wonderful host providing lots of extras in this terrific home. More than enough room for all in our group to spend time together and also for each couple to have privacy when they wanted it. Beautiful sunsets and views of the lake from the back deck. Wish we were able to stay longer. We'll be back!

My kids absolutely loved this house! It’s like we had our own private beach for the weekend with calm water they could stand and play in. The house was beautifully decorated and the master bedroom was so comfortable! Can’t wait to go back!

Michael’s home accommodated our group quite comfortably, where everyone could have their own space with great shared space both inside and outside. My family and I had an amazing stay at the lake house. The sunsets are breathtaking and neighborhood is peaceful. Micheal is an excellent host even before our stay started he was willing to answer all of my annoying questions lol. One tip however, bring bug spray. At no fault of the host the lake gives off a lot of bugs.

Magnolia on the Lake

The facility is in a great location, plenty of room to move about with multiple families and personalities. Outside on the porch was covered in tiny flying bugs but that is Florida. It is a great place, owners were more than accommodating and will definitely pass the word along and hopefully be able to stay again one day.
