This was such a beautiful property; clean and perfectly kemp. The kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed home cooked meals every day. We loved sitting on the lanai and fished from the pier morning and night. This house was so reasonably priced for all the amenities and gorgeous landscape. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we had the luxury of being able to do laundry on-site. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet. Also commication with the host was top-notch! Can't wait to plan our next trip to Florida and stay at this amazing place in Lake Placid.

Perfect Property

We came down from Ohio for six nights to enjoy some fishing and sunshine. We couldn't have been happier with our stay at this home. It had EVERYTHING you would need to have a great stay. The kitchen, bathrooms, and the house overall was well stocked with all the essentials and more. Brenda was a very good host and we hope to stay here again.

Beautiful house/stay

House was as advertised. Everything you needed to feel at home. Very peaceful environment. Enjoyed the screened in porch and watching the turtles in the channel. Neighbors were friendly and we found out we only live 20 miles from each other in Indiana, small world.Enjoyed the produce at the old truck stop on 27.

We stayed for 6 nights while visiting a friend nearby. The host was wonderful! Lots of suggestions for things to do. It is located in a quiet and very friendly neighborhood with direct access to the lake via a canal with dock that is in the back yard. Lots of fish, birds and turtles to see! Huge lanai with bar that was very pleasant place to hang out. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished and the kitchen had everything you need if you are planning to do some cooking. Also has a grill. Adorable coffee bar. Washer and dryer was a definite plus! It was seriously the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in!

Felt like home

The house is beautiful, very well maintained, beautifully decorated. Lovely manicured lawn, boat dock in great working order. The home itself and surroundings were perfect. What set this host apart was the attention to detail. They provide everything you would have in your own home (but yours is probably in worse condition). Top of the line cookware, utensils, cutlery. THERE WAS A POTATO MASHER!!! I had to keep m daughter from hijacking the coffee station! The neighbors were awesome, the park is an added bonus. The hosts are SO GRACIOUS and genuinely concerned about meeting your every need. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here; you will not be disappointed!

We do a yearly hunting trip this year we chose a vrbo instead of hotel and we are so glad we did. This place was great and right on the water. We'll worth it and we will be doing it again for sure.

From booking to check out this trip has been a wonderful one! We arrived to the cleanest and most equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The kitchen is stocked with every possible utensil and cookware necessary. We loved the screened in porch and the ability to enjoy coffee in warm sunlight with the birds. You can fish from the dock into the canal and the neighbors are so very friendly. Brenda is so attentive and responsive when a question is asked and assures your stay is the best. Highly recommend dinner at the Cowpoke Inn!

Great vacation!

This was a very clean and attractive home. We enjoyed being able to use the grill and relax on the lanai, and loved the coffee bar. Everything we needed was provided and then some! The owner was very responsive and friendly. The location was convenient and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place for a quiet getaway

This is a very nice home; clean, nicely decorated and well appointed. The area is safe and quiet. We enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the lanai. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't provided here - even a coffee bar! The owner was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
