Kitchen, living and dining areas have been newly remodeled with new flooring, cabinets, lighting, stailess appliances, built-in wine cooler and granite counter tops. Unit is equiped with entertainment system including flat screen TV, surround system, blue ray DVD and CD players. Both bedrooms have queen beds in addition to queen sleeper sofa in living area. Unit has washer/dryer, gas barbaque, fire place and elevator access to lake/pool level. Condo association offers boat moorage, free use of tennis court, sand volleyball court, conoes, paddle boats and bicycles. Parking spaces are provided for 2 vehicles one of which is covered.

Annual Chelan golf and wine tasting trip

We had two couples and the property was extremely well kept, very clean, very well furnished and very comfortable. Great location, the on site manager was very helpful, the view was great. Could not have been happier with our choice.

Great Views

Close to everything. Within walking distance of downtown Chelan. Amenities were plenty at the club house. lots to do with bikes, paddleboards and games. Owners are great to work with. Would stay here again.

The best in Chelan, by far!

Beautifully appointed condo, packed with everything you will need from potato peeler, to waffle iron, to those spices you forgot to pack! Grounds and pool area are meticulously maintained. Hosts could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with.

Wonderful stay for our sons wedding

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Location is great, the condo was perfect and had everything you could want or need! Rod was responsive and I had no issues. The fridge broke right before we got there and he installed new one before we arrived. We will definitely be staying again!

Summer Fun 2021

Great location with a beautiful view of the Lake and down-town Chelan. Overlooking the pool. Quick walk to town was a huge plus in comparison to other properties we've stayed at! The unit was well equipped with all the essentials. Bedding was cozy and rooms nicely set up. Great place to stay and I'd book it again!

Girls weekend!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend! It was clean, had beautiful views and the pool and hot tub were right outside our balcony. It is a beautiful place to stay!

Excellent location, very comfortable!

Check in was a breeze since there is a front desk where you can pick up your keys. When we walked in we were so excited that the condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was plenty big enough to do all the cooking. The cabinets were stocked with every kitchen gadget you could possibly want or need. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We could see the pool, lake, and sunset over the mountains. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. We had our infant with us and there was plenty of space in the second bedroom to set up his pack n play. We walked into town to get sorbet and chocolate. The walk along the water is beautiful. The pool was a warm temperature despite it being a little chilly out. The hot tub was glorious for warming up. We will definitely look to stay here next time we visit Lake Chelan! We felt like we were at home.

Anniversary stay

Husband and I were staying away for our and and we had the best time ever! The Peterson Property is absolutely gorgeous and clean! The visitors are responsible and respectful and follow rules. We enjoyed the quite hours and the absolute gorgeous view of the Lake right from our patio! I would give 10 stars is I could. They have games boats paddle boards and fire pit and more for no additional cost!! Thanks for making our anniversary stress free!! Mr and Mrs Baugh

weekend away

This property was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was clean and the communication was quick. We were lucky and had cold but sunny weather so was able to visit a few wineries for outside seating and watched the fireworks from our deck. We use VRBO often and rely heavily on reviews I would highly recommend staying here. A helpful tip that I always appreciate is knowing about the coffee machine provided...It is a Keurig so bring your coffee pods!

Family weekend October

Had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for two couples. Was amazed the pool was still open but took advantage of it and went swimming. The kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. Would definitely rent it again.

Perfect!

Beautiful Getaway

The condo was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Perfect for 4 adults. Everything was new and clean and good working order. Had more pantry items than I've ever come across. You can walk into town and the river walk easily. The owner was easy to communicate with and the front office handled check in so it couldn't have been easier.

Beautiful Cozy, Lovely Condo, Great Views & Location

This is a beautifully decorated, inviting & cozy condo. We were looking for a relaxing quiet getaway and we found it. The condo is located close to town so we were able to easily access the beautiful trail on the river and walk through the town. Also, the front of the condo is located in such a way that allows you to enjoy both the view up the lake with the mountains or across the bay. There is cozy little nook with a comfy chair and blanket to curl up with a book or just ponder and enjoy these views. The pictures really do not do the condo justice, the flooring, fireplace, counter tops, appliances, furniture are first rate & the owners clearly lovingly care for their home. The beds are super comfortable, great shower pressure and easy access from the parking spot into the condo...no stairs to lug the suitcases up! The owners are very amenable and responsive to work with. We feel so fortunate to have found this spectacular home and will definitely will be back!
