We had a wonderful time. This house is stocked with everything you could possibly need it offers fantastic views in there are hummingbirds right on the porch that are so wonderful to watch. We definitely would come back.

House was listed as sleeps 6 with 6 beds, including described as having futons in common areas. It actually sleeps 6 in 3 double beds, and there were no futons for extra sleeping in common areas. Ensuite bathroom has no door and the room has both a bed and and a loft with a second bed. The door to the bedroom is a pocket door that has an empty hole for a doorknob resulting in a complete lack of privacy. Otherwise very clean. Host seemed very considerate and helpful.

This was my second time staying at this beautiful property. I couldn’t wait to come back and experience the views, hot tub, comfortable accommodations, and relaxing atmosphere. I had a very peaceful week soaking in the hot tub and bath tub with views of the glacier, practicing yoga with a view and sound healing, reading from the library, and exploring the area. My favorite Vrbo stay so far!

Outstanding beauty. Pictures of property need updating...pine trees keep growing! Peaceful and breathtaking. Small criticism, description of sleeping areas should be more clearly explained. Master has loft area with bed and separate single bedroom downstairs. So basically 3 beds but master bedroom is shared because of loft bed....steep steps to loft.

We loved our stay at this wonderful cabin. The views are awesome from every room and the cabin has a pool table, hot tub and musical instruments to add to the awesome vibe! You can wake up your family and friends with a gong which is such a fun way to start the day!

Perfect Remote Cabin in the Mountains

We loved how easy it was to arrive and get settled. Loved the remoteness and the hike to St. Mary’s Glacier. Price was great too.

The kitchen was exceptional especially when cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Kids played pool in the basement and we all watched movies after our food coma. Master bed was very comfortable and did enjoy the soaking tub looking at the stars. Would be beneficial to recognize the one sleeping area as a loft. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would stay here again!

Our family had the best time staying here! Communication was excellent. Very responsive! The hummingbirds that visit this place are so cool! You can sit right next to the feeders and they don’t even mind you’re there. We did help feed them with sugar water provided, which I loved doing! We also saw a couple moose at the bottom of the gravel road. You’re definitely in the middle of nature! You’re about 25 minutes from Idaho Springs with some winding uphill/downhill paved and gravel roads. But it was very simple to get to. I wouldn’t recommend parking in the drive way. We did right away to unload our vehicle, but barely made it out and parked on top of driveway the rest of our visit. It was NOT an issue. Pool table and hot tub were used many times during our stay. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Will definitely stay here again if we are back this way!

Perfect place to unplug

We wanted a place to get away from it all. We were able to enjoy snow falling, puzzle building, a warm wood fire and the bonus hot tub. It was lovely.

Perfect relaxing getaway

The owner had two hummingbird feeders on the deck. If you love nature, this is the place to stay. We played pool in the downstairs and hiked Saint Mary's Glacier. I feel so relaxed, it's hard to leave. Georgetown is nearby with wonderful little shops and good restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Great remote location, very peaceful area. The deck is a great place to sit and relax, and watch the hummingbirds. The hummingbirds were impressive! Be ready for a lot of gravel switchbacks getting to this gem in the wilderness.

Great and restful landing place near St. Mary’s Glacier

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is cozy, the hot tub and giant bathtub were very nice and relaxing. The views that you wake up to in the morning were absolutely stunning. The game room was also a nice addition. It was very quiet, we enjoyed reading on the deck And relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was easy in terms of check in and communication.

We were there during a bit of a snow storm, and while a little difficult to reach during that storm, it was still a beautiful stay and everything was clean, and well maintained.

Fantastic views

We really enjoyed this beautiful property. Nestled high up in the mountains, we truly felt like we got a real mountain experience. The views out the windows were spectacular and we even had three moose wander through the property one afternoon. Thank you for the hospitality-we really appreciated it!
