Mountain Thunder is a beautiful townhome located in one of the most coveted locations in Breckenridge! With walking distance to both town and the gondola, along with a free shuttle service, your group will have no problem accessing everything the Breckenridge community has to offer! Mountain Thunder is equipped with new hardwood floors, updated countertops, a gas fireplace, and beautiful finishes for a pristine and cozy place to wind down after a powder day or summer hike. Your group will have access to a plethora of amenities, including hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool*, gas grills, and access to fitness rooms, a steam room/sauna, and two-lane bowling alley at One Ski Hill Place located at the base of Peak 8.
High Speed Wi-Fi and parking for two vehicles is included.
LIVING ROOM
The living area is a great place to relax and enjoy the evening with friends or family including a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV. The couch is a pull-out queen size sleeper sofa.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, two closets, dresser, and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower and dual vanity
• Bedroom 2: King bed, closet, dresser, and flatscreen TV. This bedroom shares a full bath located across the hall from the bedroom entrance
• Additional Bedding: Queen sleeper sofa

One set of washer/dryer in home located in the closet near the entryway.
PATIO AREA
The patio is accessible from the living area and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or grilling out with friends or family.

Proximity: You can access the BreckConnect Gondola via a private underground tunnel just steps from the home, which allows you to reach Peaks 7 and 8 without crossing roads or relying on shuttle service. In the winter, the Skyway Skiway trail provides a ski-in route back to the neighborhood. Main Street is approximately a 7-minute walk along a paved path, making it easy to access on foot. During the summer, nearby trails connect to Breckenridge's broader network for hiking and biking. The home is part of a quiet, well-maintained complex with shared amenities, offering a practical balance of town access and mountain proximity.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
This unit has access to community amenities including a heated pool & hot tub.
This unit is not pet-friendly.
