Rent this beautifully renovated and updated one-bedroom vacation hideaway located in the Lakeside Village community within the Indian River Plantation Resort on Hutchinson Island, Stuart, Florida. Guests enjoy a cozy and comfortable living room area that opens directly onto a screened balcony providing serene vistas across multiple fairways and lakes for a very private space to dine or just relax and enjoy the sun and sea breezes.  The entire residence is floored with ceramic tile and is trimmed with crown molding throughout. A flat screen TV is located in the living room and another in the bedroom.  The kitchen is appointed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and sink, and a decorative raised ceiling with recessed lighting and ceiling fan.  When it's time to retire for the evening, your bedroom awaits with a comfortable king size bed.  

Lakeside Condo Association requires tenant application to be filled out and approved before tenant arrival. Please allow at least one week between booking date and check in date. We will email you a copy of the application to complete once you have booked the property. Utility allowance of $90/month during the off season. (May-November) Tenant is responsible for any overage.
