Beautiful holiday home with private pool and sea-view
Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:
- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (obligatory)
- dog keeping 20 €
- guarantee 200 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)
The rent includes 80 kwh/week for electricity and 15 cbm / week for water (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).
Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.
The Space:
Lovely holiday cottage with stunning sea views and private pool. It is located in a very quiet residential area in a blind alley on the edge of the nature reserve Montgo. A well maintained house with simple Spanish furniture.
The Casa Irmgard has a lovely big garden with lawns, palm trees and mediterranean plants. The plot is on a slight slope . Very well connected by stairs. For the car there is a covered parking space.
The kitchen is functional . Each bedroom has a fan.
All rooms are on one level. There is a living -dining room with american kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with air-condition). From the living area there is access to a large covered terrace with wonderful views to the sea.
At the pool there is a cozy sun terrace with a seating area and BBQ area (partially covered). From here one also has a wonderful sea view.
Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.
Getting Around:
Distance to the sandy beach 2,5 km, pebble beach 2 km, supermarket 1,5 km and restaurant 1 km; Golf 8 km.

Small dog allowed by request. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
