The fully equipped holiday home Lote 25, accommodating 4 people, is located above the charming village square in the heart of Ferragudo's old village center. Ferragudo beach is just 700 meters away.

The roof terrace enjoys sunshine all day long, even in winter. Public parking is available.

Liebe Tracy, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback zu Ihrem Aufenthalt in unserem Ferienhaus. Wir bedauern zu hören, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden waren. Wir finden die Bewertung nicht fair. Der Verwalter Uwe war nach der Anreise persönlich im Haus und hat gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Es wurden keine Beschwerden dem Verwalter mitgeteilt. Viele Punkte hätten persönlich geklärt und kurzfristig behoben werden können. Wir möchten gerne kurz auf Ihre Punkte eingehen: - Strandnähe: In der Anzeige wird angegeben, dass der Strand 700 Meter entfernt ist. - Sauberkeit: Wir überprüfen den Zustand und werden das Haus gründlich reinigen. - Sicherheit Dusche: Wir werden eine Rutschmatte auf dem Boden der Dusche installieren. - Wäsche und Handtücher: Wir überprüfen den Zustand und werden unbrauchbare Wäsche aussortieren und durch neue Wäsche ersetzen. Wir sind stets bemüht, unseren Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und nehmen alle Rückmeldungen ernst. The Algarve worked its magic

We really enjoyed our stay at Ferragudo. The property, in a quiet, quaint neighbourhood, was just what we were looking for and within 5 minutes' walk of the centre of Ferragudo via narrow, cobbled ruas , most barely a cars-width wide, and steep flights of steps. There there is a pocket-sized "supermarket" with all essential supplies, including fresh meat and vegetables and some superb wines. A city-sized supermarket is 30 minutes' away. The house was well equipped, everything about it comfortable including the bed and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, entspannte Tage und wundervolle Menschen

Das waren wirklich gelungene Ferien. Das Ferienhaus liegt mitten in einem Dorf mit sehr herzlichen und gastfreundlichen Menschen. Im Dorf ist an Versorgung alles da, was man braucht. Man kann auch sehr lecker im Restaurant speisen. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber, die Betten sehr angenehm und im Haushalt war alles da. was wir benötigten. Der Eigentümer und Uwe vor Ort waren immer für uns ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt war immer unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Wir haben auch gute Tipps bekommen.Danke, dass wir hier so entspannte und erlebnisreiche Tage verbringen durften.

Ein schönes Zuhause auf Zeit

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Oktober in Ferragudo und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Häuschen bietet alles, was man braucht. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein, zwei Bier, ein Wasser und Obst auf dem Tisch. Das Haus ist recht geräumig. Die Dachterrasse lädt ein zu einem Abend bei Kerzenschein und das "Kaminzimmer" zu einem Fernsehabend ... Der Ansprechpartner Uwe steht vor Ort mit Rat und Tat parat (an dieser Stelle noch mal ein großes "DANKE"). Die Lage ist zudem perfekt. Man läuft keine 10 Minuten zum Strand, in 3 Minuten ist man beim Bäcker und in 5 auf dem Hauptplatz, wo immer etwas los ist. Wir können das Fischerhaus und Ferragudo nur empfehlen und tun dies hiermit sehr gern!

Séjour agréable. Ferragudo est un village atypique et très charmant.

Dommage que la climatisation et internet soit en supplément du prix de la location qui est déjà conséquent. Il manque aussi beaucoup d éléments de cuisine et l eau chaude dans la douche un peu capricieuse. Un double des clés aurait plus simple et pratique poir un séjour de 4 personnes. Dans l ensemble l emplacement est idéale. Pas loin des commerces et de la mer. Beau séjour

Liebe Sophie, vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Leider warst du nicht komplett zufrieden. Das tut mir sehr Leid. Ich würde gerne kurz zu deinen Punkten Stellung nehmen, damit zukünftige Mieter die Situation besser verstehen. 1. Leider kommt es manchmal zu Schäden an der kommunalen Wasserversorgung. Dadurch ist der Wasserdruck manchmal sehr gering, dass der Druck nicht für die Gastherme ausreicht. Damit wird das Wasser nicht vollständig erhitzt. Das tut mir Leid, dass das während deines Aufenthalts passiert ist. Auf Defekte der kommunalen Versorgung habe ich leider keinen Einfluss. 2. In der Küche hat wohl etwas gefehlt. Ich schreibe dich persönlich an, um zu erfragen was fehlte. Ich werde das dann beheben. Falls was in dem Haus fehlt oder es ein Problem gibt, bitte ich unmittelbar Uwe den Verwalter anzusprechen. Uwe wird versuchen zu helfen. 3. Du findest den Preis für die Unterkunft zu hoch. Das ist schade. Das Haus wird trotz Hochsaison, der Ausstattung und der Lage aus meiner Sicht sehr günstig angeboten. Internet und Klimaanlage wird bewusst getrennt angeboten, da preisbewusste Kunden diese Leistung nicht wünschen und dann dafür auch nicht zahlen müssen. Die Extrakosten sind zusätzlich transparent in den Mietbedingungen benannt. Wir werden uns weiterhin sehr Bemühen unsere Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Viele Grüße Bernd

Très bonne situation

Malgré une chaleur à l'intérieur de la maison (merci au ventilateur.climatisation à ajouter au frais)elle est très agréable et très bien située . Manque un peu de placard dans la cuisine pour mètre la nourriture mais dans l'ensemble ça va .pas de problème pour se garer derrière la rue.

Schöner Ort, schönes Häuschen und sehr nette Menschen

Kleines aber feines Häuschen, welches im "Oberdorf" liegt und von dem aus sowohl der Strand als auch der "Marktplatz" in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind. Außer einer Spülmaschine bietet es einem alles, was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt.

Sehr ordentliche und praktische Ferienwohnung mit landestypischem Flair. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der deutsche Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr hilfreich, unkompliziert und sehr nett. Die Lage im Ort ruhig und doch unweit vom Zentrum und auch sehr günstig gelegen für Ausflüge an die Strände der Felsenküste der Algarve ziemlich in der Mitte zwischen Sagres im Westen und Tavira im Osten, wirklich sehr schön und vor allem erholsam.

The property was beautiful just as the pictures with plenty of towels etc. Property manager came to explain anything we didn’t understand. We did have one issue with the washer near the end of the trip. The lock on the washer got stuck so that our clothes were locked in the machine. The property manager tried to help us remotely but had to come to help us with the machine. He had to have someone come and repair the lock. Nothing but good experiences to report

Nous avons passés des agréables vacances dans la maison à Ferragudo.Elle est bien aménagée. et bien située dans la vieille ville.Idéale pour faire ses courses chez les commerces locaux ou pour aller aux restaurants du port. C'est possible d'aller à la plage à pied. Il y a assez de place pour mettre sa voiture. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas de vue sur mer.

Delivered everything promised

Just returned from a 4 week stay (mid Jan to mid Feb 2019) and were already looking to book again for next year. We had a great stay, the cottage was clean, tidy and well stocked with every thing you could want from a self catering property. Uwe, our contact in Ferragudo met us on arrival to show us how everything worked and on the few occasions we sort his advise he was there for us, nothing was to much for him. Due to the weather we made great use of the sun roof and the wood fire kept us nice and cosy during the colder evenings. The cottage is situated in a nice quite area but well placed for both the beach and the town centre. Both of which have plenty of restaurants along with local cafe's and a few bars. Ferragudo it's self is a lovely quaint old style Portuguese town with lots of narrow streets and walkways with many steps and slopes.
