Ocean View - Top floor corner unit with awesome picture perfect view of the ocean. Location is ideal to see and hear the water. This exceptional unit sleeps 4 and features a queen size Murphy bed along with a premium American Leather sleeper sofa. There is space to hang your clothes and store your items. There is a kitchenette for preparing basic foods with a microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. There is one assigned parking space, a seasonal pool and jacuzzi along with an outdoor patio area.

You will have this entire supreme view condo unit. Along with this you will have access to the laundry room (coin operated), the seasonal pool and hot tub, propane grill and outdoor patio area.

This beach condo is located at the top of Hampton's Boardwalk with excellent proximity to the beach (a 90 second walk). Location is central to restaurants, entertainment and recreational activities – we look forward to hosting you.

Perfect Spot

This was the perfect little spot for my husband, daughter and me! Owners were very responsive and generous. The unit was cute, clean and VERY close to the beach and stores yet away from the busy street. We would stay here again!!!

Best stay ever!

My husband, our granddaughter and I spent an awesome week in this lovely condo.. Even though we have stayed at this property before, Edmund and Robbin were extra hospitable. They thought of everything, from redecorating to optimize the space, to adding a coffee bar! We will definitely be back!-Jan and Steve

Delightful mini vacation!

Wonderful long weekend in Hampton Beach. The property was in a great location, short walk to beach, restaurants, etc. Beautifully decorated and impeccably clean little beach apartment. Perfect me, my mom and sister. Highly recommend. Thank you Eddie and Robbin!

Fall Trip to the Coast

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Beach condo. Everything was super clean and had all the amenities you could want, even enough paper goods and soap to last the week. Owners Robbin and Eddie were very responsive and on top of everything. The beach, even in mid October, was wonderful for walks and watching the sunrise. We explored Newburyport, Boston, Salem, Plum Island, the hills of New Hampshire and ate a lot of lobster! Delightful!

Cozy and quiet little gem in a perfect location

Planned a last minute getaway for Memorial Day weekend and was lucky enough to snag this perfect little gem at Hampton Beach. Located just a small block off the ocean with an ocean view from the living area. Perfect for 2 people and it was very clean. We greatly appreciated the Keurig and all of the other little extras that made a short trip much easier. It was so quiet and comfortable, yet so close to the ocean strip. Communication & checkin were fast and easy. Designated parking spot is a plus. Highly recommend and thank you again!

We loved staying at this property. It had everything imaginable and looked exactly if not better than the pictures. The location is wonderful and the owners made us feel very welcome. They went out of their way considerably to accommodate a request I made to make our experience even better. I had never done a Vacation rental before and was a bit leery of hidden charges, misrepresentation and getting access, etc but it couldn't have gone smoother. Great place!

This pristine property has everything you need and then some! The hosts welcome you with extra goodies along with the necessities you need for a comfortable stay. The location can't be beat - you are steps from beautiful Hampton Beach. I am almost reluctant to post this for fear I won't be able to snag a week for myself next year!

Relaxing Beach Condo

This property was the perfect getaway for a girls trip! It was steps away from the beach and conveniently located close to boardwalk restaurants and shops. The condo was extremely clean. The condo complex residents were welcoming. The host, Eddie had a few treats for us to enjoy when we arrived. And after a long ride in traffic it was much needed 😊! Eddie checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great stay and we’ll definitely be returning in the summer!!

Perfect all around!

This condo is adorable, perfect size for us. It was clean and had all the amenities, and both the inside and outside are very well maintained. Loved the Murphy bed, comfortable and frees up so much space. Our favorite thing about this place however was the location! It is a corner unit on the top floor so has an amazing view of the ocean through a wall of windows. The beach is right across the street, just steps from the front door, and it’s walking distance to all of Hampton’s main attractions and restaurants. We will definitely be back!
