This new upscale condo with beautiful ocean views and private balcony has easy access from major roadways to the off street gated parking (1 vehicle), no need to drive the busy boulevard.

View spectacular sunrises and local fireworks display from your private balcony. Located on the quiet end of boardwalk with restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. There is a view of the sea shell stage which is a 4 minute walk. Directly across the one way street to the beach, this second floor unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed and a true queen size platform sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress as used in Disney World Resorts. Kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, nutri-bullet, air fryer, dishwasher and is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc.

There is a 55" 4K Samsung TV in the living room with Blu-ray/DVD player, 2.1 channel sound bar, Cable and Wifi. Play your own music through the blue tooth enabled sound bar, or connect with a 3.5mm cable. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

All linens and towels are provided. The unit is easily accessible by secure, coded elevator.

Incredibly comfortable condo with all the extras. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything we may have needed. At The Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the condo itself had everything we needed and was very well appointed. The outside patio faces the water and almost every morning we got up early to watch the sunrise. We would definitely go back again.

I couldn't have asked for better hosts. I asked about an early check in, which they were able to accommodate, but I was only able to get there at the normal check in time. They stayed in the area and actually helped me in with my bags and groceries (two trips from the Jeep to the Unit) and then took the time to show me every amenity of the Unit. I stayed in touch with them throughout my stay as I feel I've made friends. Steve and Bonnie are amazing, and I won't rent with any other Host. I'm already planning for next Summer. The Unit was beautiful, clean, well stocked and I only wish I was still there.
