Upstairs unit of raised ranch with resort style backyard, with salt water pool, outdoor shower, fire pit with wood provided, grill and huge patio/deck area!! Sleeps 8, and is located 15 minutes to most NJ attractions, beaches and shopping outlets. Parking for up to 6 vehicles and access to laundry in garage! Access to six beach chairs (if requested), beach towels, umbrellas will be available upon request, up to 6 chairs, 8 beach towels, and 2 umbrellas, located in garage on left side.

Inside: Fully stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances. 55 inch, 4K tv hooked up to 2.1 soundbar, with Fire Stick 4K, throwback Nintendo for the fun of it! Fully functional wood burning fire place (wood provided free), and an AC unit in every bedroom and the living room (spring-fall). 2.4G and 5G WIFI @ 150MBS, and chargers for EVERY DEVICE, in all rooms! Outdoor shower in back yard on right side of house when exiting to deck. Back yard is yours to use privately! Please mind doors marked "NO ENTRY," they store our supplies. In the event of an emergency calmly exit the house and call 911.

Entire upstairs of house and yard is yours to enjoy. The driveway fits up to six vehicles comfortably. You have access to the pool, however, you may not dive or jump in. By accessing the backyard and/or pool, you agree not to hold us liable for any damage, injury, or death occurring to your (or any other guest's or person’s) property or person(s). Guests can enter (check-in) through the garage (where you may also store your stuff) or check-in using the front door. Both doors will use your personal access code.

We (Mike and Jess) make ourselves very available. Just call or text us with any issues anytime, we are happy to help. If you experience a negative interaction with other individuals please contact us immediately. We monitor all security camera footage on the property, all cameras are outdoors (except one in garage), and reserve the right to remove you and your guests for violation of our rules, whereby you and your party forfeit any option or recourse for refund or cancellation .

Uber and Lyft are very easily available at ALL times. Close to NJ Transit Bus and Trains, and easy access to all major highways (3 minutes from Parkway).
