Gorgeous Waterfront Home with Spectacular Views! Book Your Getaway Now!

Barnegat Bay at your feet and the Atlantic Ocean at your whim is what we offer and more!
This premier property has all the amenities one could expect in a luxury home. It offers panoramic views from every room in the house and unobstructed views from the deck/dock as well.
Downstairs was designed with an open floor plan: dining room (gas fireplace), outfitted kitchen (Keurig, Cuisinart, etc.), living room (55' screen, DVD, Blu-Ray), 1/2 bath, and laundry room (exit to outdoor shower).
We tactfully put the sleeping quarters upstairs: master bedroom
(king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom), guest bedroom (king-sized bed), 3rd and 4th bedrooms (filled with all kinds of single beds and a full-sized futon). The hall bathroom (jacuzzi) services the guest, 3rd and 4th bedrooms.
All-cotton linens are provided as well as bath towels, beach towels, paper products, condiments, etc. (for your use at no extra charge-compliments of the owner). FIOS is at your fingertips as our new carrier.
For outdoor activities we provide bicycles, tennis racquets, boogey boards, inner tubes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach cart, cooler, and if we forgot anything please let us know!
Deck chairs, loungers, Weber grill, crab traps/lines, and more
make relaxing outdoors superb. (The sunsets are included.)
Oh, don't forget to bring the Marguerita mix!

The house is a charming oasis exactly as offered on line. The water views , sunsets , bird watching etc was so relaxing and lovely. Debbie the owner was so responsive and always available for our questions etc. My family and I enjoyed the location and would definitely come back

We had a great stay right on the Barnegat Bay in Debbie’s comfortable, spacious, and beautiful home. We loved the views and the house had all the comforts we needed. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for making our Thanksgiving meal a very special event. Thanks Debbie !

Young Family vacation

Lovely home on the bay with a beautiful view. Debbie, the host, was very accommodating and hospitable. The home was conveniently located in a nice, quiet, friendly neighborhood. Family oriented Chadwick Beach was up the road just a short walk away. It was a short drive to Lavellette Beach, Seaside Boardwalk and many other attractions. My family enjoyed our stay and made some wonderful memories!

Perfecto!!

Best fishing vacation with friends. Enjoyed catching 15-20 crans and a lot of fish. A lot of flounders, blue fish, sea bass right from your backyard. Very quite place, house does have everything you need. Will be back for sure

Property has magnificent water views. The open floor plan was perfect for entertaining. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans, small appliances. Bedrooms were spacious. Lots of closet and dresser space. Listing in Vrbo was accurate.

Unique stay - right on the water

Unique find, right on the bay. I mean 20 feet away from the bay! House was very comfortable and convenient. Host is delightful, friendly, and super accommodating. Our family enjoyed every minute of the stay. Make sure to grab a meal at Lenny’s. Walk the beach. But you’ll really just want to sit on the back deck or hang out on the dock and look out across the bay, Our party of 6 and beagle had a great stay.

This place is terrific! You're on the point so the sense of privacy is immaculate. The home is spacious (hugely important compared to a lot of beach homes which tend towards the cramped side), well appointed and well kept. We were a crew of 5 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house in ideal if you want full-throated propriety in a living situation.

What a gem! This house was in the perfect location for an off-season weekend away with my fiancé and two dogs. Right on the water with gorgeous views and very well-equipped, this home provided everything we needed to relax and rejuvenate. The location was close to Seaside Heights, shopping, and restaurants while feeling far away from everyone. The apple pie was a thoughtful and delicious treat to enjoy while taking in the perfect scenery. I highly recommend this property!

Paradise on the bay

We had a wonderful visit. My partner and I checked in first (we are “the grandparents”) and my daughter and her husband and 7 year old son and 6 year old daughter joined us the next day. The house was spectacular and sparking clean and welcoming. Located right on Barnagate Bay (an area where I spent my childhood summers) with a dock and open water, beautiful sunset views. Indian summer weather was mild and embracing and after all the summer tourists had departed, made it a quiet and peaceful respite. We spoke with the owner, Debbie several times on the phone and she was very accommodating. We liked it so much we will try to make it an annual booking.

Hi! I'm Debbie (born and raised in Bayonne, NJ)...but don.t hold it against me. (I wouldn't trade it for the world!) One week a year our family loaded up the car and headed to Seaside Heights, NJ. My attachment to this area goes way back but don.t even think about me disclosing my age! Remember the Boardwalk? You get a free night if you guess right!

Why they chose this property

Dad was a proud Merchant Marine who loved the ocean, loved the bay, and loved to crab!
Over 40 years ago I saw this property (the highest point on Chadwick Beach Island) that offered peace and quiet, unlimited crabbing, and unsurpassed views. (Unfortunately, so was the price tag.) 'decided to live at home, saved every paycheck, and made it happen. Well, countless memories later, we invite you to make memories with your family, too!

What makes this property unique

With 200+ ft. of bulkhead, we have unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay and jaw-dropping sunsets. Spend a day at the beach but when you've had enough head to the tranquility that the bay has to offer: sailboats, swans, breezes, and your drink du jour!
