We loved the property and enjoyed our stay. Very close to the shops, ferry, cycle hire, tourist office, beaches, easy access to nearby towns. All you need for Oléron. A property and a garden to relax in, with an owner who is very easy to contact and very helpful

Congés d'été

Le logement est très agréable, bien situé. La literie est de bonne qualité. Nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur la nuit, seuls quelques rares moustiques sont venus nous visiter. Le quartier est très calme, le centre ville et la plage sont accessibles à pied. En conclusion, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Bon séjour, location bien située, près de tout !

Les + - très bon accueil - 2 chambres avec salle d'eau et salle de bain indépendante - grand salon - mise à dispo d'une plancha - petit jardin agréable les - - cuisine un peu petite - frigo très petit - pas de micro onde - portail d'entrée qui ne fermait pas correctement suite à incident avec les locataires précédents, problématique lorsque l'on a un chien. Mais nous avons passé toutefois un très bon séjour car l'emplacement est très bien !

Enigszins teleurstellend

Het huis was ruim en er was aandacht voor de meubels en inrichting . De matrassen waren voldoende goed. De teleurstelling was vanwege achterstallig onderhoud en een slaapkamer want daar was niet in te slapen vanwege de lucht. We overwogen om te vertrekken maar dan hadden we geen vakantie meer. In de zg studiekamer stond een oud vies matras. Had daar niet moeten zijn . Buiten in de tuin rommel wat naar de stort had gemoeten alvorens te verhuren Kastje slaapkamer eruit gedaan vanwege schimmel en vocht. Het bleef vochtig schimmel en muf. Niet gezond. Er kwam geen vervangend kastje . We hebben alle ramen in het hele huis open moeten houden .De keukenkastjes ook niet fris. Wel verder schoongemaakt maar gewoon te muf en oud .Lekkage bij dakraam en plafond . De bank was erg fijn in huis en mooi groot tv scherm die ook goed was. De omheinde tuin was goed. Fijne ligbedden 2 stuks. En De weg was wel drukker dan doet vermoeden in tekst en er wordt erg hard gereden. Net aan eind van bebouwde kom . Wel fijn door bospaadjes naar het strand kunnen lopen . Mooi strand!. Omgeving was leuk , eiland mooi.. huisje pas verhuren weer na renovatie . Verhuurder was wel toegevend t.a.v. onze bevindingen. Vergoeding gekregen . Echter zou goed zijn om in advertentie te vermelden dat de lucht kwaliteit in huis niet goed is. Misschien is de lucht in de kamer nu beter doordat we de ramen open hebben gehad . Al met al hebben we er het beste van gemaakt maar het had fijner kunnen zijn.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans une maison très bien équipée, très bien située, tous peux se faire à pieds. Une mention spéciale pour le jardin qui est magnifique. Malgré nos contraintes d'arrivée et de départ, la communication avec le propriétaire c'est très bien passée; Merci pour le cadeau d'accueil.

Parfait pour un excellent séjour

Vous trouverez là un excellent lieu de villégiature, très bien équipé, y compris en mobilier et ustensiles extérieurs (c'est important car très agréable en cette île où le beau temps s'invite si souvent). Le réfrigérateur est un table-top.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich. Der Ort ist beschaulich, mit schönen langen Ständen fußläufig zu erreichen. Leider fehlt eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Ort. Man muss erst mit dem Auto in den nächstgrößeren Ort fahren. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut entspannen.

Lieu de villégiature très sympathique avec tout ce qu'il faut pour s'y sentir bien (wifi, tourne-disques, livres, cd, jeux, TV, lave-linge, sèche linge, lave-vaisselle..). Parfait car le lieu est arboré et bien clôturé, nous avions également notre chienne. Le lieu est idéalement placé près du loueur de vélos, des restaurants, du port, des embarcadères, des plages. Les démarches sont excellente pour louer sur votre site

Déjà très bon accueil des propriétaires de la maison. Maison très propre et très confortable et l'avantage elle est très bien situé tout est approximite vous pouvez tout faire à pied . Franchement si je pouvais la relouer je le ferais mais hélas elle est loué jusqu'à début septembre. Tout était parfait. Moi et mon épouse nous étions enchanté
