Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison. Le logement est propre, confortable, bien situé et permet de profiter facilement de l'Île d'Oléron. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité du quartier de La Cotinière, accessible à pied (environ 500 m), tout en étant au calme ainsi que d'une petite plage à 2min à pied, pas baignable en marée basse mais très sympa.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour si le logement est toujours disponible. Merci pour votre accueil !

Bon emplacement au calme de la rue qui peut être passante selon les horaires. Jardin au calme, très bien orienté ! 2 belles chambres, bon volume dans le salon. Proche du centre ville et des commerces.

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung (kleines Häuschen) mit Außenterrasse und kleinem Garten, Abstellschuppen und Parkmöglichkeit für ein Auto in der Einfahrt ca. 500m vom Ortskern des Fischerdorfes La Cotiniere auf der wunderschönen Ile d' 0léron gelegen.Aus unserer Sicht sehr empfehlenswert.
