The space is located on the 5th floor of a building with elevator, has an independent bedroom, and a second bedroom created in the living room, through a cylindrical structure, which introduces the necessary privacy to the occupants.
Each room has 2 single beds that can be connected and converted into a double bed.
In the living room the sofa bed allows sleeping for two more people.
The apartment is on the top floor, and although the roof is properly insulated thermally, it was equipped with two units air conditioners. The windows allow for intense brightness during the day, but have double glazing, so they allow a pleasant ambience inside.
At night in the bedroom windows, blackouts allow darken the space, for travelers who like to sleep in the dark.
The apartment has a simple and practical decoration for travelers and has a complete bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Sheets and towels are provided, as well as a hairdryer.
Guests will have access to free wi-fi and cable TV, as well as soap and cleaning products.
The kitchen is equipped with stove, electric oven, fridge, washing machine/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the equipment necessary.
The apartment does not have balconies or terraces. However, the public garden is located next to the Tagus River, a 1-minute walk away, and has a walkway along the bank between Praça do Comércio and the restaurants next to the river, at Cais do Sodré.
