AMAZING Downtown Waterfront with Lake View Beach Access & Boat Moorage.

The sunset Waterfront Resort has one of the best locations in all of Kelowna. Located on the downtown waterfront you will have amazing views and will be in close proximity to shops, restaurants, events, parks and the beach. This is a high demand family friendly property so be sure to book early. Boat moorage is an extra fee of $45.00 per night.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake view condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and has a 3 night minimum stay requirement and a 7 night stay requirement with a Saturday arrival starting mid June through July and August.

Take a look at our guest reviews and you will know that we take a great deal of pride in our property. We are continually improving the property and its furnishings to ensure that it exceeds our guests standards of both quality and cleanliness. Major renovation completed November 2023.

The kitchen includes a full complement of high-quality cook-ware, dishes and more. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, full size range with natural gas cook top, microwave, dishwasher and double sinks.

The dinning area consists of a large table and counter eating area. The dinning area, living and kitchen area are all very open with lots of natural light.

The living area has dark leather furniture with solid wood accent tables.

The Master Bedroom has a view of the lake, its own private deck and bathroom. The King bed has a pillow top mattress with down duvet. The master shower is amazing, custom wall tile, natural stone floor and high volume spray.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow top mattress and down duvet. The main shared bathroom is just across the hall.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and can sleep 2.

The condo has a full size front load washer and dryer. We supply all the linens, towels and beach towels for your use.

Nothing cooks like the Weber Genesis BBQ. Its connected to natural gas and always ready to go.

The living room and master bedroom have TVs.

Beautiful setting directly on the Lake. Spacious condo with access to pool and hot tub.

Awesome space and location

We were a family of 7 and had lots of room. Location was amazing to see the sights by foot or car. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook or bake. Beds and furniture comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and water front. The check in lady was very kind and easy to get ahold of as well as the owner. We will definitely book here again on our next stay in Kelowna.

The building and condo are as described, very spacious, comfortable, and centrally located. The check-in was awkward as cleaning had been finished but the staff did an excellent job making sure the condo was very clean. It didn't bother us but the indoor pool was closed for repairs. Overall a great stay

Very nice place, great location

A few notes but overall really happy - DVD cord is in drawer/hard to find - Smart TV could not hook up to streaming - wonky cutlery drawer that eventually detached - old vacuum - baseboard in dining room is not attached - outlet on backside of sink doesn’t work - Donna was absolutely wonderful!!!! Thank you for a lovely family vacation

Thank you for your review and reservation. We have several smart TVs but you need to have a streaming account (amazon or netflix) to use streaming services. enter your username and password. These are not services we provide. All bathroom outlets have a GFCI outlet for safety. If a bathroom outlet stops working simply press reset on the GFCI. A single GFCI serves both bathrooms. This is not a defect but a code in all homes. The cutlery drawer was in good condition when we gave the guest access and it broke during the guests stay. We are not sure how it broke but it was fixed during their stay once they notified us of the issue. The old vacuum is not to be used on the hardwood floors. It is only used by the cleaners to clean the decks. I am not sure why this was an issue for the guest.

Family time

Our stay was great. The apartment is large (3 bedrooms) but also very large living/dining area which is nice for a family vacation. It is in a perfect location for walking around down town, not too far from some nice strolls around town. The check-in person is fabulous to deal with. I did have the occasion to have conversation with the owner of this property, he was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place, and go there again !

A home away from home

This condo was exactly as stated. We had pleanty of room for our teenagers and were able to celebrate Christmas as if we were at home. The proximity to Big White ski resort was also a bonus. There was plenty of bedding, towels and pool towels for everyone. The kitchen was well supplied. Checking in with the manager was quick and easy. The complex indoor pool and hottub was great to have. Would definitely rent again if traveling to Kelowna.

Absolute Bliss!

We had never stayed in Kelowna for our family vacation and quite simply...... what have we been doing in the past! The place and location was amazing the condo was spacious and lacked for nothing. Beds were comfortable..... I could go and on singing the praises! It was also extremely easy having our boat moored just outside our window! In the end it was a complete and wonderful experience!

An Excellent Location for Time in Vancouver

This apartment has an excellent location in Vancouver. It is mere steps from very good transit connection both sky-train and bus. Located overlooking False Creek you can step out the front door and be on the waterfront trail in less than three minutes. There is a bike rental opportunity located about 15 minutes walk from the apartment and there are good eating facilities in easy walking distance. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has two good bedrooms. The third bedroom has bunk beds but no window. The facility is very clean and well furnished. Our group of five adults were very pleased with this site.

Great location

Great location. Condo was good generally. We arrived and there was water in the bathtub that drained eventually. Someone came with liquid plumber, but the drain needs more attention than that. The tv in the third bedroom wasn’t hooked up, the ceiling over the stove needs cleaning up. Towels were in the dryer that should have been folded and put away for our arrival. For the cost, details need to be attended to. Overall happy with our vacation.

Run down, owner disappeared!!

The location was fantastic; however, the suite and furniture was run-down… furniture pealing and broken, top bunk is impossible to get into, gym is right below so could hear banging of weights constantly. Fireplace didn’t work, showers drained very slowly and shower ceiling was rotting!!!

Thank you for your feedback. We live out of province and were only recently allowed to travel to BC to inspect the condo. When we arrived we found it did not meat our high standards. The lack of care by both guests and cleaners during COVID was very disappointing. Guests had been cleaning our leather sofa with alcohol wipes and it destroyed the leather. We quickly replaced the living room and bedroom furniture with high end beautiful furniture. The shower had a mildew spot from a leak and the ceiling was also replaced. The drains were also serviced to ensure they drain well. The fireplace works with a switch on the wall as it should. Now that travel restrictions have been relaxed we will be able to check on the condo regularly. Guests can have confidence that they will receive quality.

Perfect Location

After looking through several Kelowna area VRBO's, we thought that Greg's condo would be the perfect fit for our girls only cousins weekend! There was nine of us (ages 39-51). It is very spacious with plenty of comfortable beds (don't forget about the mattress stowed under the bunks)(we missed that the first couple of nights....must have been the wine tours lol). The location was perfect. We walked along the waterfront, went to nearby restaurants and also went to the casino a couple of nights! The outdoor pool was closed but we did use the hot tub and pool. Very clean and not overpowering chlorine smell. The condo had plenty of towels for everyone and we never had to do laundry due to running out. There was a constant security presence at any hour of the day and night. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
