"Villa Champie" 3 stars with swimming pool, sunny terraces Pradons - Ardèche

Villa Champie is located on the heights of Pradons, 3 kms from Ruoms and 13 kms from Vallon Pont D'arc. Located at a good distance from the neighbors, in the middle of vineyards, orchards and hills, it will offer you comfort, well-being and tranquility. The cottage is rated 3 stars. The capacity is 8 people.
The owners, Nadine & Eric, have created a warm and friendly atmosphere.
On the ground floor, the villa has a large kitchen area, a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a 40 m² living room with dining area and lounge area with fireplace and a spacious bedroom with double bed 180/200 with dressing room. A washing machine is available on the basement level.
Upstairs, the villa has 3 bedrooms with cupboards, 2 of which have double beds 180/200 and 1 with 2 single beds (90/200). A bathroom with toilet (shower, double sink, toilet)
Outside, you can enjoy two panoramic terraces near the octagonal heated swimming pool (6 metres / 120 cm). The two terraces as well as the swimming pool which is heated in April, May and September, are not overlooked and therefore accessible to all (LGBT people, naturists...). You also enjoy a petanque court with 18 balls available.
Given its location on a sloping plot and different levels both inside and outside, the villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
