This well maintained, beautifully decorated, beach home boasts large spacious rooms with 1100+ sq feet of living space! Every detail in each room has been carefully and thoughtfully provided to ensure a relaxing and comfortable vacation for you! The condo has 2 bedrooms, each with its own private, full bathroom. You'll also enjoy a full kitchen and comfortable living room space.

Sunset Beach is an amazing beach resort located on the North Carolina coast, just minutes from South Carolina. Our trademark is a pristine three-mile-long sandy beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and spectacular golfing. We're at Sea Trail Resort, which is about a mile from the beach. We're about as close as you can get to the ocean yet have all of the amenities of a resort including three signature golf courses: Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd. A unique feature of our community is Bird Island, a 2000+- acre nature preserve that borders the west end of Sunset Beach and can only be accessed by land via the beach.

We enjoy renting to friends, family and others who appreciate a clean, beautiful and comfortable place to call "home" while on vacation! We would love to share our beach home with you!

Awesome Accomodations!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Sea Trail property. The entire process from booking through departure was smooth and easy. The property manger responded to questions very quickly and also provided us with a great list of local restaurants to try. The property was sparkling clean and very cozy. We will definitely plan another trip to stay there again.

Great stay

Property looks just like the pictures. Very clean and grounds were well kept, Very nice area and close to beach and grocery stores etc. No problems whatsoever. Owners instructions were all very clear. Only 10 minutes from Sunset Beach and 45 minutes from both Myrtle Beach and Southport. My husband and I would definitely stay again and have recommended this condo to my family if they ever go to the area.

A well appointed rental

There is no reason not to stay here. The owner communicates well and has bent over backwards to add value by equipping this property with many extra items that add convenience. The provided Keurig coffee, kitchen equipment, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, bikes, etc, really add that special touch. Would stay again and would also trust staying at this owner's other properties.

Sea Trail at Sunset beach

We loved the condo! Perfect size and location for our family of four! Bedroom and bathrooms were very spacious and met our needs! Jeff was great with providing all the details plus great suggestions for nearby dining! Just a few minute drive to the beach. And we enjoyed watching the golfers in the morning. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the near future! Thanks for your hospitality Jeff!

This was one of the best stays and hosts I have ever experienced!! We were in town for the 5k on ocean isle and we did not want to leave! The place was clean and so cozy! There were plenty of games to play if you had down time but the greatest flare was the pictures of the hosts and their families. Somehow it made you seem like you were part of the family! The hosts communicated more than I have ever experienced from the get go and I knew we were fixing to feel like royalty!! The cleanliness and everything was spectacular!! But what sits this one at the top were the hosts! Jeff we cannot wait to stay with you all again!! If you are in this area and are looking for a place to stay, pass up every other unit until you find the hosts Jeff Doss! You will not regret it!! Our Happy Place Too

Great stay for a family! The unit is well kept with newer furnishings and all the amenities needed. It has master B.R. and a separate part with 2 queens and a full bath. Close to the beach "5 minute drive max" which has the finest sand. Short drive to everything. Wilmington and Myrtle beach are both less than an hour and Charleston was less than 3, so a great location for day trips. Jeff communicated everything the day before and checked in on us to make sure things were going well. It's their happy place and we made it ours too for the week!!

Great Location - Wonderful Hosts

Our family of four stayed here for a week at the beach. The hosts were gracious and excellent communicators. The unit is on the first of two floors so there was easy access to and from the vehicle. There was also a convenient hose and place where you could rinse off any beach sand before entering. The condo was the most fully stocked rental I have ever stayed at. This included Kuerig coffees, teas, condiments, cooking utensils, zip lock bags, a swiffer mop, a decent vacuum, towels, sheets, and plenty of beach items, which were a huge plus! Note for any light sleepers, the tenants in the unit upstairs were not light-footed and were early risers (6AM) so this is something to be mindful of for any light sleepers. The common area was very comfortable including two lazy-boy chairs, a sofa and bar stool seating in the kitchen. The televisions were pre-loaded with Netflix and cable, which was a nice to have. Minutes from Sunset Beach and all it has to offer including ice cream shops, restaurants, and the beach! We would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to the area.

Owners were great to communicate with. They made sure everything was there you could possibly need on your trip. They're gracious enough to let you borrow anything they have there like beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Place was very clean and decorated. I would definitely recommend and we hope to stay at this one again on our next trip.

A great condo for a beach or golf vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Marsha's condo in Sea Trail. The large 2BR unit was well-equipped with everything we needed. The screened porch overlooks the Maples golf course fairway. The location is ideal with the beach within a 5 minute drive and several golf courses nearby. I would recommend this home for anyone planning a golf or beach vacation in this area.

Sea Trail is a beautiful, quiet and relaxing setting . . . perfect for golfing, swimming, tennis, walking, biking, resting and relaxing! We're also less than 10 minutes away from all the amazing Seafood Restaurants in Calabash, NC and close to all the unique shops, outlets and specialty stores in North Myrtle Beach, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle and historic Southport! You're going to love it!!
