Most Requested Unit, The Colony II Condo, free wi-fi

The colony 2 at Oyster Bay. Easy convenient first floor end unit, just a few steps to the pools and having its own personal large jacuzzi tub, makes this one of the most requested units in the colony 2. Located just across the street from the intracoastal waterway and ocean beyond, the colony 2 is surrounded by dozens of championship golf courses.

A scenic two minute drive along the waterway and over the brand new high rise bridge takes you out to the beach island of sunset beach. A family friendly barrier island (only three miles long) offers public parking, a fishing pier, kayak and bike rentals. Once on the island, there are several walkways over to this uncrowded
oceanfront where you can enjoy swimming and watching our beautiful sunsets.

This unit newly remodeled 11/1/2020 comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Keurig single & 12 cup coffee maker, toaster oven, Washer and dryer in the unit. There are three tv's, a DVD player. High speed internet service. The covered patio overlooks the pool area.

New Beds with Bed linens are provided, bath towels are not provided unless requested. There are two spacious bedrooms each with its own bath, one has a large jetted spa tub in addition to a shower, both bedrooms have (new) King size beds.

This 'non- smoking' unit (outside on the patio you can smoke) is in like New condition (remodeled 11/2020), very clean and nicely decorated. Main living area, kitchen and baths have ceramic tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted.

The Rhue’s were fantastic to work with! Answered all questions quickly! Their condo was well equipped, clean and do very comfy! Family Vacation

Yet again, we were so satisfied with our stay at Oyster Bay Colony 2 condo. It’s the perfect condo, located right at the pool making it so convenient for our daily trips to the pool with out 10 yr old grandson! Plus the location is close to beach for our beach days! The first floor location of condo is great for us older, fun people! No carrying heavy coolers upstairs! We can’t wait to return for our 3 year at the condo!

Another Great Vacation at Colony ll at Oyster Bay

This was our 3rd year staying at Colony ll @ Oyster Bay with our grandson. And we had the best time. It was an extremely hot week, but we stayed refreshed in the pool, which is just steps from the patio. We did take the quick drive to Sunset Beach to spend a day or two on the beach, which never disappoints. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. It was very clean and fresh! The check in was super easy and communication with the owner was very easy and replies were fast. We can't wait to be back next year. As my grandson says, " It's our favorite place to stay at the beach!"

Great location!

This unit was super cute. It had everything we needed. It was literally a couple of steps from the back door to the pool gate. The place was clean and there are lots of restaurants near. The beach, though ridiculously crowded, is also very close. The only complaint we had is that there is not much of a sound barrier between floors. The people upstairs seemed to be having a lively pogo stick competition. But that’s not the fault of the owners. All in all it was very relaxing.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is just a few steps to both pools, an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool along with a hot tub. This is a first floor end unit. No steps or elevator makes this condo very easily accessible from the free parking spaces right out front.
