Every detail thought out, spacious and gorgeous. This home is made to accommodate your entire group with sleeping arrangements for up to 30 people with 7 private bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms. The unit offers a fully functional kitchen, a patio off the kitchen with additional table and grill and an upstairs patio for you to relax on, 8 flat-screen TVs, hi-speed WiFi, Xbox Ones, Ping Pong, and corn hole.

Included at no additional cost, Zion Village Resort has incredible amenities including a Pickleball and basketball court, the LARGEST private resort pool in the state of Utah with a lazy river, fire pits, spa, splash pad, slide, and BBQ area. Also a beautiful clubhouse with 1st class fitness equipment and a game area with a foosball and pool table. The pool & all amenities are open 365 days a year from 9 am to 10 pm. The fitness center can be accessed at any time (early morning, late evening, etc.) with the fob key.

Inside the home, the DOWNSTAIRS GATHERING AREA includes 3 leather sofas and a chair along with a 75” large screen TV and an XboxOne gaming console with all your favorite games.

The KITCHEN area has an abundance of seating with a large island that seats 4 people, a beautiful dining table with 12 chairs, and an outside patio table with 2 benches seating a total of 8 people along with a small children’s table that can seat 6 for a total of 30. If you need more, an additional table and chairs are stored in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, mugs, cups, silverware, pots, pans, skillets, storage containers, crockpot, food processor, salad bowls, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, hand mixer, casserole dishes, pancake griddle, waffle maker, Ninja blender, George Foreman grill, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, knives, cutting boards, dish towels, outside BBQ with tools, children's high chair & more.

The downstairs PATIO is just off the kitchen and has a Weber grill, outside table with benches and grassy area. Also, at the clubhouse, by the pool area, is a fabulous shaded outside area with several grills and tables for your use, if you want to grill and eat at the pool.

The GARAGE has an ADDITIONAL full-size refrigerator/freezer, a ping pong table, a corn hole set, a jumbo Connect Four game, along with lots of pool toys-Pool Petz and pool games to enjoy in the community pool, lazy river, fire pits, spa, splash pad, and slide.

The property is within 30 minutes of Zion National Park, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn Amphitheater, St. George's Ancestor Square, Red Rock Cliffs/Pioneer Park and only 15 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir and is an hour and twenty minutes to Bryce Canyon National Park.
