Did not stay.. too many issues
The cabin was not the cleanest I've seen but every closet was cluttered with plastic bags full of I don't know what and there were chemicals stored in the kitchen cabinets like bug spray, termite spray, and lacquer thinner. We did not stay and found a different place to stay at the last minute.
Property was clean. Great size for my family (2 kids, wife, and I). The valey was a shot drive to pigeon forge and Dollywood. Also perfect for getting into national park for hikes. In my opinion much better area for true vacation feel. The comparison would be a hotel or closer to pigeon forge or Gatlinburg. Due note I am a not a fan of the strips but enjoy the park and country side more. There were better food establishments close to the cabin as well in comparison to the strips. I would choose to stay here if I go back to this area again.
Great location, very peaceful but convenient to get anywhere you’d possibly want to visit. Cozy and the WiFi was great in case you need to look things up or get in touch with others. The pool access was a plus and very easy to access.

Mediocre
The communication was not the best. I waited weeks before got a response to questions I had. Description stated there was hot tub. One of the main factors of renting cabin. There was no hot tub and not told it was removed. The cabin is cute and was surfaced cleaned. Lots of cob webs. You can see mountains from front porch. Close neighbors not even semi secluded. Over all for amount of time spent at cabin it was ok
My husband and I really enjoyed this cabin. You are very close to Townsend to be able to run there for supplies but far enough away for privacy and quietness. You are also probably a 5-6 minute drive to the entrance to the park. The cabin was really nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Owner was very responsive.
Please note that you are responsible for dropping off trash. The trash is about a 20 minute drive from the cabin to Pigeon Forge with 8am to 6pm hours and closed on Sundays so please sure you are aware of that when booking and make that part of your plans when leaving.
Beautiful location away from the heavy tourists of Pigeon Forge
Our family stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us 4. I loved that it was close enough to be able to visit Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg, but still far enough away to get out of the craziness of having to stay right there in it. The area was very peaceful and lovely. I loved the cute porch and that it had a washer and dryer. That was super convenient. Be sure to bring your own spices and oils for cooking, although it did have salt and pepper. The upstairs bathroom and master bedrooms both had locks that were broken and didn't work, so hopefully that will get fixed soon.
Mountain Cabin in great spot and with great amenities
The cabin was very nice, the pool access close by was awesome and we enjoyed it very much.
We played hard every day at the National Park and having such a cozy and well stocked house was so nice to come home and cook in and sleep and rest well.
Highly recommend!
My family and i enjoyed our stay. We didn’t want to leave. It was the perfect spot. Not too far away from everything! We loved that we were realky close to the Smoky Mountains! We will stay again!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin. It was close enough to Pigeon Forge that getting there wasn’t a long drive but far enough that you felt like you were in the woods relaxing. The cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed.
We loved it here. The cabin suited our needs well. We’re already trying to figure out if/when we can go back next year . And I would love to have this adorable cabin at home in Kentucky.
Well maintained cabin private and yet close to everything you need. Driveway a little tricky for motorcycles but I figured it out! Love the area and will definitely stay there again! The only thing that was a problem was the trash take away but the lady worked with me about it. Very accommodating.
Pros - location for what our trip was for was perfect.
Cons - The fact that we paid a cleaning fee, but were instructed to wash sheets on the bed and dispose of our trash elsewhere was not what I had envisioned for our trip to the Smoky Mountains. This was at a property that had a No Cancellation policy also.
I do not like to give negative reviews but this is something I have never encountered this in any of the other places we have stayed. Very disappointing.
