About this property

Charming farmhouse with heated indoor swimming pool

The house is located in the countryside, not overlooked. It has a cosy living room with fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an outbuilding with a large TV lounge and games (table football, basketball game, exercise bike, board games), several covered outdoor spaces (dining room, barbecue area, heated swimming pool), and leisure equipment (trampoline, swing, ping-pong table, badminton net...).

The house is ideal for a stay with family or friends, up to 8 people.

Fibre and offices in each room make it possible to telework.

The swimming pool is heated from the beginning of April to mid-October. The water is treated with salt electrolysis.

We favour family-run rentals. Parties are not allowed.

Baby friendly: 2 high chairs, 2 travel cots, a bath kit.

A rental contract will be systematically issued and must be signed. A model of the proposed contract is visible in the "Rules and regulations" section of this advertisement.

WEEKDAY RATE
The rates displayed here for weekdays (excluding school holidays) correspond to the price of the additional days in case of rental for a long weekend. If you request to book during the week, a quote will be sent to you.

OPTIONS & CONDITIONS
Optional and on request (additional costs to be paid at the beginning of the stay):
- End-of-stay cleaning option 80 euros
- Bed linen option provided (including a shower towel per person): 10 euros per single bed - 15 euros per double bed.

STANDARD HOURS
- Arrival and departure at 7pm for short periods such as weekends (adaptable on a case-by-case basis on request)
- Check-in at 5 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. for weekly rentals

Super pause de 4 jours dans un petit paradis de verdure et de calme

Si vous cherchez la tranquillité, le chant des oiseaux (j’ai même dû télécharger une appli pour les différencier tous!) c’est la bonne adresse! Une piscine chauffée, une dépendance salle de jeu parfaite pour les ados, rien à redire. Top!

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, entre amis. Le gîte est situé au calme et tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien. La communication avec le propriétaire a été facile. Arrivée pratique grâce à la boîte à clé. A recommander.

Parfaite maison à la campagne pour se reposer en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison, la propriété et ses equipements sont parfaits pour profiter en famille d'une pause à la campagne. Il y en a pour tout le monde, petits et grands. Il est toujours possible de manger dehors autour d'une grande table sous un abri agréable. La piscine fait la joie des enfants en journée et des grands le soir quand ils sont couchés. Sebastien est roujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous y retournerons sans hesitation.

Tout est disponible sur place pour passer un merveilleux séjour! Au calme, au milieu des champs un écrin de bien être et de détente. Tous ce qu’il faut pour un séjour en famille.

Un mini centre parc

Un petit coin de paradis... il y a tout pour passer une super moment de joie et de partage...piscine, ping pong, karaoke, baby-foot,..... Et on se sent bien dans la longère avec une belle déco et tous les équipements.. Mention spéciale pour la literie au top Et en plus Sébastien, votre hôte est très réactif et bienveillant
