Relaxation Area
Board games and books are available, and binders listing all activities and restaurants in Châteaudun are regularly updated.
Breakfast is available as an optional extra. It typically includes tea, herbal teas, coffee, fresh bread, butter, jam, honey, yoghurt, fruit compote, and hard-boiled eggs (upon request).
The eggs come from our chickens, which have plenty of space to roam and enjoy the fresh air. Our jams are usually homemade with fruit from our orchard, and some of the herbal teas come from our own harvests (linden, and soon mint and verbena).
The honey is harvested by a local beekeeper. We try to work with local artisans as much as possible.
The estate is located 5 minutes from the first Loire Valley château in Châteaudun. This town offers many activities: cultural events, water sports, hiking, biking, and more. An open-air café has opened on the banks of the Loir River. Come relax, have fun, and explore!
