Fantastic Stay in La Palm: Clean, Quiet, and Well-Equipped

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property in La Palm, it was fantastic. The house was spotless, fully equipped, and located in a quiet, beautiful area. Communication with the owner was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent House

We booked this house already 3 times and it was always a wonderful vacation. The house is large and modern equipped. Everything is very clean. Marie Joe is a very nice host and very helpful. The large pool is fun to use and also very clean. The location in LaPalme is excellent. It is quiet and the Corbieres can easily be accessed. There is one really good restaurant in LaPalme (L'Echo des Saisons, reservation might be necessary). We will come again :-)

We (4 5 children of all age) had a very peaceful and relaxing stay of 2 weeks. Everything was in place as expected and shown on the photos. No surprises. There was a very warm welcome and everything was explained carefully and with the needed patience.The house and rooms are clean and big enough to fit 10 people, the air-conditioning for each room was very good.Now coming to the best thing: the pool is unbelievable and absolutely well-maintained.We clearly would return to Marie-Jo and the house if we planned our vacations in this area. Clear recommendation.

La maison de vacances est située dans un endroit calme, mais central, dans le village de La Palme. La propriétaire, Marie Jo, était extrêmement aimable et toujours prête à aider. La belle plage de Leucate est à environ 15 minutes en voiture.La maison elle-même est agréablement aménagée et peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes - mais elle devient un peu étroite lorsqu'elle est pleine, surtout parce qu'il manque un troisième WC. La cuisine est plutôt petite et pourrait être un peu mieux équipée. Des sièges confortables dans le jardin ou au bord de la piscine rendraient le séjour encore plus confortable.Mais dans l'ensemble, c'est une très belle maison de vacances dans laquelle on peut se sentir bien et qui convainc par sa situation et son hôtesse chaleureuse.

Schon unser 3. Urlaub - und sicher nicht der letzte!

Tolles Haus und sehr schöne Umgebung. Haben wir auch dieses Jahr wieder sehr genossen! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem nicht touristischen kleinen Ort, aber dicht an Stränden und den schönen Etangs. Im sehr gepflegtem Garten und Pool lässt es sich prima relaxen. Wir empfehlen einen Besuch im örtlichen Restaurant l'Echo des Saisons (unbedingt reservieren!) und dem Restaurant der Saline (leider erst ab Juli geöffnet)

Perfecte woning

Al voor het derde jaar op rij huren we deze villa voor een week in de paasvakantie.Perfect gelegen aan de rand van La Palme. Op 100m van de wandelpaden in de heuvels, op enkele kilometers van de windsurf- en kitespots. Tussen natuurgebieden, stranden en historische steden. We blijven terugkomen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir wurden von Marie-Jo sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten 2 Stunden früher einchecken als vorgesehen. Auch der Check out war völlig unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine Bäckerei gibt es im Ort, wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Maison au top

La maison est spacieuse, bien aménagée et décorée avec goût, la climatisation est un plus. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie de qualité. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques avec une belle piscine qui a ravi petits et grands. Nous avons apprécié prendre nos repas sur la terrasse à l’ombre des bougainvilliers. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marie Jo qui nous a tout de suite mis à l’aise. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille

Het perfecte vakantiehuis.

We waren met 10 volwassenen en een baby. Het huis is gelegen aan de rand van een typisch, mooi en gezellig dorpje in de Corbières. Op 100m van de wandelpaden die een prachtig zicht bieden op de zoutmeren en achtergelegen kust en heuvels. Het huis is gewoon perfect. Veel buitenruimte, zwembad, en meer dan genoeg plaats om buiten te eten met 10 mensen. Binnen ruime slaapkamers, twee comfortabele badkamers, zéér goed uitgeruste keuken, ruim plaats om met 10 personen aan tafel te zitten. Het is reeds de tweede keer dat we hier komen en het zal zeker niet de laatste zijn. Een absolute aanrader!

Erholsamer Urlaub in La Palme

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Anwesen war sehr gepflegt und hatte einen sehr schönen Pool. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Auch die Lage war sehr gut, sehr schöne Strände konnte man in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfecte accomodatie in rustige omgeving

Ruime woning, ideaal met 2 gezinnen. Alles was aanwezig, je kan er perfect koken en ook wassen. Het zwembad was de ideale plaats om af te koelen maar soms wel frisjes wanneer de wind opstak. Port la Nouvelle is leuk om te wandelen of gewoon om er te zonnen aan zee. Het marktje in Leucate is ook een aanrader tijdens de zomervakantie.

Maison parfaite dans un joli village

Nous étions là avec 10 personnes au mois d' avril. La maison ast spacieuse et lumineuse, trés pratique et parfait pour 10 personnes. Pas comme plusieurs d'autres maisons qui disent d'être pour 10 personnes mais ont une table pour 6, cette mason est parfaite. Une cuisine très complète, une grande salle à manger, des chambres et salles de bains comfortables, assez de l'espace pour 3 voitures. La Palme est un village très joli et très centrale pour des amoureux de kite ou planche à voile. Hautement recommandé!

Ruhig gelegenes Traumhaus in typisch südfranzösischem Örtchen

Wir sind von den Besitzern sehr freundlich empfangen worden, auch der Checkout war völlig unproblematisch. Das Haus ist in typischem Südfranzösischen Stil auf einem sehr großzügigen Grundstück in äusserst ruhiger Villenumgebung gelegen. Bei unserer Ankunft befand sich der Garten nach gerade erfolgtem Einbau eines sehr schönen Swimmingpools noch im Aufbau. Wenn das alles mal fertig ist, wird es sicherlich traumhaft sein. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt und haben Haus und Garten sehr genossen. Erwähnenswert ist eine sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage, die uns bei den heißen Temperaturen von 30 - 40 Grad auch Nachts gut schlafen ließ. Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls sehr schön: La Palme ist ein noch vom Tourismus verschonter, sehr typischer kleiner Ort. Neben vielen Villen gibt es einen schönen historischen Ortskern, sogar mit 2 Restaurants. Der Ort liegt zwischen Laucate und Port la Nouvelle an einem Etang in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
