Luxury Waterfront Condo

Welcome to luxury waterfront living where Spokane River and Lake Coeur d'Alene meet! Located on the waterfront of the Riverstone Development, our condo provides urban living but yet surrounded by nature.

This contemporary style condo sleeps two. Step outside for a walk on the 24-mile paved North Idaho Centennial Trail or ride our bikes 1 mile to City Beach and 2 miles to downtown by car. Or perhaps a stroll to the Riverstone District which has multi-theaters, shops, restaurants, or Starbucks is your mood. Don't want to leave the building? Then head downstairs to two restaurants serving delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner with river view dining!

A river-front condo equipped with a king-size platform bed, fully stocked kitchen, patio tables and chairs, propane grill, and a laundry room. Bathroom sink separate from luxurious walk-in shower. Hair dryer, iron/board, toiletries provided, well-equipped amenities throughout. Solar roller shades in living area for additional privacy, 55" Smart TV with lots of channels, reclining oversized loveseat and dedicated parking space in a secured garage. All the comforts of home and more! And we have high-speed wireless connection!

The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen if you prefer eating in.. 2 Great restaurants on the plaza below covering everything from breakfast to dinner. And mutiple places to dine within walking distance!

This place was awesome owner was communicative and detailed with all instructions. Although we didn’t cook the kitchen is large and has lots of counter space to prep and work with. But the best part is the river view.

Everything that we were looking for. Great barbecue weather and enjoyed sitting on the balcony having dinner. Great access to walking trail, downtown and restaurants. Had breakfast and lunch at Le Peeps and all meals were excellent.

Great place, location and host!

We loved this place - the view of the river was excellent and loved being able to walk downstairs each morning for breakfast/coffee at Le Peep. The pretty area and it only being a short ride away from downtown made this the perfect place. We would absolutely stay here again.

The condo is lovely and well maintained. We had a problem getting into front door of the lobby, but quite easy access through the garage entrance.Besides the noise of the jet boats during the day and a little noise from the Peep restaurant below, the area was quiet. The hostess of the condo was very good to deal with as she responded to all questions and comments on a timely basis.Enjoyable stay by all.
