William was an amazing host from my initial reach out til the end of our stay. His response time was instantaneous. As far as the rental itself, I would rate a perfect 10 for cleanliness. A perfect 10 for an amazing view. And a perfect 10 for comfort. The layout was great with an open floor plan for the living areas and bedrooms on either side for complete privacy.

Wonderful 3rd floor unit with tasteful furnishings. Perfect walkable location to the newer area in Cda. Host was clear and responsive. This was our second time using the property.

The condo was very comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The view of the river was outstanding. We enjoyed morning walks and several times saw a bald eagle making his early fly-by. It was also nice to be able to walk to restaurants close by.

We came for the bike trail and were so EXCITED when we saw our home for the weekend! This a a perfect place to stay and the view from our balcony was our favorite. The unit is spacious. We could get to town easily and walk right downstairs for breakfast Lunch dinner or drinks. We would definitely stay here again. Host was great to communicate with! Thank you!

Great Location and Views

This is a fantastic property in all categories. Great location, beautiful river view with huge windows, high-end interior furnishings and appliances, plenty of supplies including laundry. Owner was very responsive even though he was overseas on vacation. We'll be back!

Fortunate to call CDA home for over 50 years. We love to travel and have lived in London, Singapore, Philippines, SoCal, Rhode Island, Hawaii, and Virginia but always look forward to coming home to our little piece of North Idaho paradise.

Why they chose this property

Our condo buildings were built on the site of an old lumber mill that I worked at while in high school. Have always loved this area and we were thrilled to be able to get a home here.

What makes this property unique

While there are many beautiful waterfront luxury homes in CDA, Bellerive is the only condominium complex right at water’s edge. The views are unbeatable.
