Petite maison très sympathique située à moins de 20 minutes à pied du zoo de Beauval dans un environnement calme et vert. La chambre avec le lit double est en rez-de-chaussée ce qui est bien pratique.Le gîte est fonctionnel et convient parfaitement comme pied à terre pour visiter la région.

Je suis vraiment désolé que vous ayez eu froid. Vous pouviez tout à fait utiliser le poêle à bois ; des bûches étaient d’ailleurs mises à votre disposition. Les chauffages électriques n’étaient sans doute pas suffisants en ce début de semaine aux températures encore fraîches. À l’avenir, nous veillerons à mettre les radiateurs en marche en cas de fraîcheur. Cordialement, Bénédicte

Petit gîte idéal si l'on souhaite se ressourcer car très calme. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce : attention aux escaliers qui sont très, très raides. Pas idéal donc avec des personnes âgées et des enfants en bas âge. L'annonce indique 4 personnes max et effectivement je trouve que 4 personnes c'est un maximum pour profiter agréablement du gîte. Juste un petit point "faible" auquel je m'attendais un peu compte tenu du type de bâtisse (murs épais et anciens) : une odeur d'humidité était assez présente. Ce gîte est à 15 min à pied du zoo de Beauval et à une dizaine de minutes en voiture de grands commerces (Super U par exemple). Nous reviendrons certainement car il y a beaucoup de sites à découvrir dans cette région !

Bon accueil bien que les propriétaires soient absents. De quoi allumer le poêle à disposition et bien apprécié car fin octobre malgré le soleil il faisait humide.

Charming isolated cottage

Peace and quiet assured in this cottage, clean and well equipped. Perfectly situated to visit Beauval Zoo. Keepers of the keys, at local vineyard, extemely helpful and have good wine on sale. Check with owner on electricity surcharge before booking.
