You will first climb a first staircase that leads you to the level of the bedrooms, bathroom and toilet and you will then take a second staircase to arrive in the living room which offers an extraordinary life on the sea.
South facing accommodation, you have the beach 20m away, just cross the street.

Large living room of 55m2 with all the necessary equipment and fully equipped kitchen. Large screen, home cinema, Bose sound system.
Large bay window opening onto the terrace, very bright room. Terrace of 20m2 with table and garden furniture, large pergola retractable according to the sunshine. Staircase leading to the rooftop of 55m2 with sofa, deckchair and summer kitchen.

Mooie ruime woning op een uitstekende locatie

Woning zeer mooi aan zee gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooie badkamer. De tweede badkamer is erg oud en aan vervanging toe. Ongemakkelijk is dat de deuren van beide toiletten niet op slot kunnen. Verder alles prima. Zeker een plek om nog eens terug te keren
