That is the reason there are 2 electrical heaters to use during the night in the cooler season.

The location of the house is truly beautiful and very relaxing. Typically French interior. Lovely secure garden for our 2 small dogs.

Great place by the river

Amazing cabin by the river, everything we needed and super cosy warm with the wood burner. Instructions about the property were perfect and covered everything we needed, easy to find. Location is very quiet but within a short drive of a number of towns with everything you need, plus a number of supermarkets. Loved this place, hope to return soon.

A nice, tiny house at a wonderfull location. Great neighbours. Very helpfull. Good contact with our host Jacqueline. Nice surroundings, beautiful walks. Kids loved to sup on the river.

Beautiful Setting

The property was lovely, right on the river and beautiful flowers on the grounds. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying the views. The cabin was as described, small and rustic, but provided all of the necessities and was comfortable for our family. One thing to note is that towels are not provided, so plan ahead.

Leuk huisje, super uitzicht, alles aanwezig maar heeft hier en daar wel een upgrade nodig.Het enige is dat de douchekraan zit het ondersteboven zit waardoor de slang het water afknijpt en het douchegordijn komt elke keer tegen je aan, niet echt praktisch.Maar je ziet dat ze wel bezig zijn met verbeteren en ik kan me voorstellen dat het heel veel werk is.Jammer dat de tuinslang niet lang genoeg was anders had ik de moestuin beter water kunnen geven.Al met al voor de prijs zeker waar voor je geld!Een gezellige buurman met twee mooie honden, zit er naast.1 tip loop niet de weg af langs het spoor deze loopt dood (dat wisten wij niet en gingen lopen met de hond) en daar is een zeer agressieve meneer die niet wil dat je überhaupt kijkt.

Idéalement situé pour la découverte des principaux centres d'intérêt de la région, à proximité d'une gare qui permet de rejoindre Givet ou Charleville-Mézières une fois par heure et des sites naturels exceptionnels du département. Terrasse avec vue sur Meuse agréable à toute heure du jour.

Het chalet is eenvoudig en klein, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Het heeft een ruime tuin en het uitzicht op de Maas is prachtig.
Ochtendmist op de Maas.
Zicht op het chalet vanaf het fiets/wandelpad langs de Maas. Een aanrader!

We hebben een goed verblijf gehad.Voor een vakantieverblijf was het groot genoeg. In de keuken was alles aanwezig, helaas geen afzuigkap.Daar we heel mooi weer (lees warm) hebben gehad warmde het chalet erg op. Dit was vooral lastig in de avond en ‘s nachts.Lekker schaduw terras.Tuin volledig afgeschermd, de buren hebben 2 honden.Vliegenramen (en deur) zou handig zijn ivm vliegen en muggen.Er was tv aanwezig met satelliet, Franse zenders. Zoals we wisten was er geen wifi.

Nous recherchions une petite bulle de calme avec un joli paysage et nous l'avons trouvée!L'endroit est superbe, la cuisine hyper équipée, tout etait propre, nickel.En partant, on se demandait quand on allait pouvoir revenir.Un grand merci, c'est exactement ce dont nous avions besoin
