Relaxing getaway in the Belgian Ardennes

We loved our 2-day stay amid de trees in the Belgian Ardennes. The modern design and open concept with all the appliances we needed, made it a very enjoyable experience.

anniversary stay

Property in quiet location at the time of year we stayed, xmas. it was clean and comfortable with nice wood burner for the cold evenings and enough room for a couple or with small child. kitchen was good although an oven would have been nice for cooking meals but we managed with the hob and microwave. the bed was comfortable and on the mezzanine with a good quality shower and bath which we enjoyed. the stairs upto the mezzanine are a bit steep with narrow treads so u need to be particularly carefully. outside is a nice raised deck with good views towards the river, one thing to keep in mind is that if you have any sort of mobility issue it is a bit of walk up hill to the property, to get luggage etc up is an effort but day to its ok. overall this is a nice and comfortable property the only issue we had was with the wifi so we could access the tv features we wanted but after communication and this not being able to be rectified the host offered to pay the cost of my mobile internet. im sure this place is lovely by the river in the summer.

Prima huisje

Prima huis voor 2 personen. Goede uitrusting van keuken, alle benodigdheden zijn en zelfs extra. Zo is er een staafmixer en er staat een gourmetstel. Voor de zomer zou het fijn zijn als er horren zijn. Het was weliswaar extreem warm deze dagen maar veel beestjes en muggen binnen omdat het fijn was 's nachts de ramen open te hebben. In de 1e beschrijving staat dat er een droger is, verderop niet meer en dat klopt die is er niet. Wat fijn zou zijn is een map met wat uitleg, bijvoorbeeld over het gescheiden afval en eventuele uitleg over apparaten en eventuele noodnummers. Maar we hebben een prima verblijf gehad.

Omgeving is mooi,jammer dat de beschrijving van het huisje niet helemaal klopt. Wasdroger is niet aanwezig en geen enkele info omtrent de werking van de wasmachine en kachel Tevens is het pad erg stijl en glad bij regen

Prettig verblijf

Prettig huisje, wel was de waterdruk tbv douche erg laag. Geen direct zonlicht op het terras door de hoge bomen. En erg slecht werkende wifi. Vanwege de ligging in het maasdal ook nauwelijks 4/5G bereik. Huis is mooi afgewerkt, voorzien van alle gemakken.

Heerlijk huisje

Het huis is netjes en modern ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt. Fijne open haard, lekker bad en prima bed. Contact met de verhuurder verliep ook uitstekend en de omgeving is erg mooi. Enige minpuntjes: - de WiFi is niet best - je moet met al je spullen omhoog klimmen over een soort betonnen platen. Vrij steil en smal en omdat het bij ons zeer nat weer was, ook erg glad.

Kurzurlaub

Super Lage, man kann direkt los wandern. Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet. Punktabzug gibt es für die schlechte Internetverbindung, leider gab es auch kaum Möglichkeiten die Anziehsachen unterzubringen, sodass wir aus dem Koffer gelebt haben. Im Bad wären zusätzliche Handtuchhaken wünschenswert. Auch die offene Toilette ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das wussten wir ja vor der Buchung, dank der Fotos. Der Gastgeber meldet sich bei Fragen schnell zurück und ist freundlich.

Korte vakantie in de Ardennen

Zeer proper huisje op het domein van een oud vakantiepark, alle huishoudelijke zaken waren inbegrepen alsook hout voor het kacheltje. Het huisje ligt wel redelijk hoog met een relatief steil/glad pad om er te geraken. Prachtige natuuromgeving en interessante plaatsen om te bezoeken.

Nice little get away!

It was a nice get away. Loved the interior design and coziness of the home. Only downside was the cold floor, recommend to bring some slippers and the entrance door wasn’t very inviting as very dirty.

Het is een leuk ingericht huis. Groot genoeg voor 2 personen en alles is aanwezig. Het ligt mooi in het bos vlak langs de Maas. De wifi verbinding is helaas niet optimaal en ook het telefoonbereik in dit bos is niet goed.

Séjour idéal en forêt et bord de Meuse

Excellente location, l'ensemble est clair et agréable avec beaucoup d'espace disponible. L'accueil est parfait, tout est fourni pour les premiers jours, y compris des boissons à l'arrivée. La terrasse à l'ombre des grands arbres est appréciable pour sa fraicheur l'été. La situation est superbe, à deux pas de la Meuse avec des promenades possible au bord de l'eau ou en forêt. Le village d'Hastière tout proche propose tous les commerces et services nécessaires. A recommander chaudement pour une visite dans les Ardennes, au plus près de la nature ! Nous y avons passé une semaine de rêve.

Perfektes Wanderwochenende

Es war ein sehr schönes verlängertes Wochenende in einem gemütlichen und modernen Ferienhaus in einer wunderbaren Wanderregion. An die offene Bad und Schlafgalerie hat man sich schnell gewöhnt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
