This beautiful modern villa, suitable for up to 8 people, offers an unrivaled combination of luxury, comfort and an excellent location.
The minimum age to rent Chica Del Mar is 27 years and pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.The location of our villa is absolutely perfect. Just a few steps away you will find the small beach called Cala Advocat, where you can enjoy the crystal clear water and, during the season, the cozy beach bar L'espigo.
In addition, there are also numerous sports opportunities in the nearby area, such as diving, snorkeling and walking the Paseo Ecológico, the fantastic walking path along the coast from Moraira to Calpe.
There are also no fewer than 4 golf courses in the vicinity, ranging from 9 to 18 holes. Whether you are an experienced golfer or just want to enjoy a relaxing game of golf, there is something for everyone.
The villa also features an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue, perfect for cozy evenings with friends and family. When you need to cool off, you can take a dip in the heated private pool.
