Modern villa completely rebuilt in 2019, spacious, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, only 400 m. from Cala Baladrar and 10 minutes' drive to Moraira, quiet & private located. Air conditioned and heating throughout the house, private pool 8m x 5m, parking for 4 cars, sea views.

The villa has 2 floors.

The ground floor is comprised of:
Living-dining-room with gas fireplace
Modern kitchen (fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer)
Utility room
Covered terrace with outdoor furniture
Large terrace with 10 sun loungers
2 shower-rooms (one en-suite)
3 double bedrooms (one with a double bed 'king size, 150 cm', and the other two with 2 single beds, 90 cm each, all with built-in wardrobes).

The upper floor, communicated with an internal modern staircase is comprised of:
Terrace (west facing)
Double bedroom with 2 single beds and sliding doors to the terrace (south facing)
Bathroom with bath
Master bedroom with super-king size bed (180 cm) with 2 mattresses, built-in large wardrobe and sliding doors to the south facing large terrace.

High quality construction. Modern furnished. Gas fireplace in the living-room. Air conditioned and heating throughout. Alarm.

EXTERIOR:
Pool (8m. x 5m.) on the same level as the main accommodation.
2 parking areas, one at the bottom road and one at the top road.
Spacious terrace around the pool with 10 sun loungers, dining table & 10 chairs.

Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces.

An exceptional villa!

A beautiful house in a lovely area. Any small issues we had were fixed within 24 hours, and Marissa was very helpful before we arrived, making sure we had everything we needed for a child in our group with a disability. We loved our stay, and will hopefully return.

We had a great holiday at this villa. It’s location is fantastic. We had an issue with the fan in the bedroom that was resolved very quickly. Everything was as advertised and we had no issues. We would love to come back. Great location within walking distance of two coves and two restaurant bars.

The Property was excellent and suited our needs perfectly. The amenities were all in close proximity but a car is definitely a must if you wish to get out and about. The Villa is maintained to a high standard and is a home away from home. The hosts are fantastic and are available to solve any problems. We will definitely be looking to return.

Great Villa. Well maintained. Very well facilitated. Location was slightly difficult and walking into town isn’t an option based on the lack of footpaths on the main road. Otherwise fantastic villa, will definitely return.

Lovely place

Everything about this villa was very good apart from 2 minor niggles. The tap had to be run between 5 & 10 minutes before it got hot water. Also as it got cool on an evening we couldnt work out how to put the living room heating on. Its in a good quiet location with easy access to shops and coast road, It was clean and has good wi fi. Comfortable beds but could do with a TV in the master bedroom. On the down side the car got covered in sticky stuff falling from the tree on the automatic gate parking area.

What an amazing Villa

Wow, where do I start? My family and I have just returned after a two week stay at this villa and my word we wasn't disappointed. The accommodation both inside and out is fantastic. So beautifully decorated and so homely. We were a family of 9 so had hired two cars to get around which were definitely needed but honestly we just had the best time. The pool was smashing and we had many hours playing games in there. All of the outside furniture was so lovely and it was great that you had the shaded airer to lay under when it got too hot (which it did). Having the BBQ was just so lovely too. This was my 7 month old Granddaughter's first holiday and Marissa provided us with a cot and high chair for Poppy at a small charge. We only had a couple of issues which Marissa rectified super quickly. If you are looking for a beautiful villa, pool and location then Casa Flor is the Villa for you. We will definitely be back.
