Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had plenty of room. The beach house is amazing!!!! Very nice appliances. Great view of the beach and short walk to the beach! Definitely recommend!

We are so happy your family had a great vacation. Please book again sometime, you all were great guests!!
My family and I stayed here for Spring Break 2023. It was so cold but we still enjoyed the beach. This beach house was the perfect size and the host was very accommodating. We locked ourselves out and she had someone left us back in very quickly. This location is literally steps aways from the beach! I stayed here with small children and they are messy- the light colored furniture isn’t very kid friendly, which led to an insurance claim for $100s of dollars, on top of the already paid cleaning fee. I would definitely recommend getting the insurance if you are staying with little ones.
The only problem we had was that the water in the home was brown! If we weren’t there for an entire week, it wouldn’t have been a big deal but we didn’t feel comfortable using it so we bought tons of bottle water. I’m guessing the brown water was due to the septic tank needing to be cleaned/ or replaced. Overall, even with the insurance claim for stained chairs and sofa and the brown water. I would still stay here again! The owner was very nice, the house of cozy and comfortable with easy beach access.
