Maison :1- Des pièces qui ont une odeur persistante d’humidité dans dans chambre avec le grand lit et le salon. 2- Manque de vaisselle : 7assiettes plates ne nous permettant pas de faire les 2 repas d’une journée sans faire la vaisselle 3- Un jardin mal entretenu avec de hautes herbes (le paysagiste est passé pour tondre à l’heure du repas la veille de notre départ). Les photos de l’annonce présentait un jardin pour les enfants plus grand qu’en réalité. Gestion :1- Pas de visite par l’agence, ils ont trop de biens à gérer (dixit) ils n’ont pas le temps2- En revanche, leurs 2 obsessions sont le chèque de caution et le rdv d’état des lieux. Pour cela, ils ont le temps !3- Délai d’une semaine pour déchirer et envoyer notre chèque de cautionLa région est magnifique, en cette période de l’année, il y a moins de vacanciers, la ville et les plages sont calmes et accueillantes
