Great house to stay at! It is the perfect place to spend a weekend. We went to Red Fish Lake one day and Gold Bug Hotsprings the next and ended the trip with a soak at Challis Hotsprings. So relaxing and we loved having a home base that was clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay.
This place was warm and cozy and just what my son and I needed on our road trip! It was exactly how it was shown in photos and the owners was very friendly.
Very quaint and fun place! Lots of fun things to do around the area. We had planned to spend a lot of time hiking in the Sawtooth Mountain Range; this was a little bit further of a drive than what we would have liked, but overall no complaints
Great location. Quite little place to stay. Had a Nintendo that brought me back to my childhood days of playing with my siblings. Would stay there again
We enjoyed our stay and found everything to be clean. It was very well stocked, didn’t have to go to the store for anything! We used it as our home base for adventures in the Idaho mountains.
Loved this property. It was cozy & air conditioners kept the cabin comfortable throughout our stay. Excellent communication with host. We loved the doe & twin spotted fawns along with others that seemed to be happy staying around our neighbors' yards. Perfect stay for my husband & I while we were in town for church camp services. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Nice stay in Challis for a few days. Had everything I needed. Good size for one maybe two people. Would be nice to have a place for luggage. The only complaint was the bed was a bit older and uncomfortable and no plugs near bed for phone that were convenient.
The cabin had everything we needed, host was very quick to reply to any questions,. Check in was so easy, great location. Loved watching deer and rabbits every morning and night. Perfect size for the two of us! Definitely will stay again!

Great little place to stay in Challis. Everything we needed for a quick trip. Good value for the cost. If in or around the Challis area, I would definitely book again.

The host was very nice. The cleanliness of the little house was not so good just because it's " rustic" does not mean it shouldn't be clean. There were dead flies all over the floors,I swept next to the bed not under the bed and it was filthy and when we checked the sheets they were full of people and dog hair, like maybe they were washed but the hair was all over in the sheets. We went and purchased our own sheets at the dollar general. The host got ahold of his house keeper and she dropped off a note to acknowledge what what we complained about. I did text her and let her know what all we found and all she could say is " O WOW " . We're not asking for perfection but if we're paying that much to stay it needs to be clean.

The house was clean and not a mess. There was communication and a refund given even though no details were shared about said mess. We pride ourselves on cleanliness even the cleaner stopped by and wasn't called back until after they left.
Very clean and nice easy to get to everything could use another light in bathroom
