Annie Oakley's Outpost - Large 1-Bedroom in the Heart of Challis

One-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment with a unique layout and a spacious kitchen and living room. The unit features high ceilings, large stone fireplace, kitchen island with bar seating, WiFi, and washer and dryer. Long vertical windows at the front of the house and skylights in the ceiling provide plenty of natural light.

This is the perfect apartment whether you're just passing through Challis for an overnight stay, visiting family and friends, or planning a longer visit to enjoy the central Idaho countryside.

This unit is part of a duplex. Another short-term, rental apartment is right next door. Guests will need to be considerate of any neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during nighttime hours. Both units in the duplex are available to rent. Just search for "Calamity Jane's Hideaway" for the other unit. The units have a shared interior door. Normally locked from both sides, this door can be opened by the host to allow guests to pass-through if you have a larger party. This is a great option for two couples or a family. Please check availability for each unit before booking. Additonal discount is available if you book both units for the same dates. Please contact the host to inquire.

Guests may use the smart TV for watching streaming services such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc. Cable or satellite TV is not available.

Air conditioning is now available via a portable AC unit. There are also two ceiling fans in the main living area and another in the bedroom. A box fan is also available for guests.

No dishwasher - Dish soap, sponges, and a drying rack are provided for washing dishes.

Annie Oakley was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The large fridge and counter space were great for cooking our own meals. The washer and dryer were also very nice to have after visiting the hot pools in the area.The hostess was very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay, but Vrbo is very very difficult to make changes with and very slow. Also, would like to make direct communication with the owner. I still can't make contact with Vrbo over an error when I booked.
