Master bedroom has a king size bed . Sleeper sofa in living room and twin (child size) bunk beds in hall. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. TV cable and Wifi available. Nonsmoking property.

The condo is perfectly situated on the peaceful, quieter side of Lake Hamilton, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. As a ground floor end unit, it offers extra privacy and a spacious feel. The community pool and boat dock are just a short walk away, adding to the convenience and enjoyment. The unit itself was spotless, well maintained, and clearly cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

GREAT Lake Condo!

We've stayed in this condo many times. One of the unique characteristics is the 2 toddler sized bunk beds that my grands find really fun. It's convenient to the pool, covered boat dock & wave runner slips.

This condo was perfect for our little getaway and close to the pool. Wish there was a little sandbar for the lake but sunsets were amazing. We would come back in the fall for the changing leaves.

Great condo in a quiet part of Hot Springs! The condo is right next to the pool and easy access to the lake to launch kayaks! Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful, relaxing condo

We truly enjoyed our time on Lake Hamilton staying in this condo! It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and offered a great view of the lake. The location is quiet and safe, yet close to town and local activities. We hope to return soon!

Great Lake getaway

Awesome condo at the lake. Great updates and very clean. Better sheets than we have at home and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Not too far from all the restaurants and shopping but far enough to have a very peaceful experience.
