Beautiful beach house with 3 Master bedrooms furnished with king beds, smart TV and private bathrooms. A bunkroom that will sleep 8. Linens / Bath towels / Dish towels will be supplied. It has a spacious living room with large sectional sofa and a 75” smart TV. Kitchen features a large granite island with plenty of cabinet space and all the dishes you will need to prepare a meal after a long day at the beach. Additionally, it has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi, large flat screen smart tv in living room with a great selection of DVD's to view. Several board games for the family. Nice deck furniture with table on deck and porch swing. A large picnic table, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill on floor level. 2 Small pets allowed with fee. 2-minute walk to the beach.

* Linens for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash rag per max guest occupancy, and dish towels will be supplied.

* The homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while guest is at the property.

* The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guest.

* By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.

* MINIMUM RENTING AGE: 25 years of age

* Booking profile must match full name on valid government issued ID of primary renter.

* Once you have booked a reservation, you have 24 hours to submit a valid government issued ID required to verify identity. After 24 hours, the no penalty cancellation policy expires and we have the right to withhold all payments if you are under the age of 25, falsified age, name or any type of fraudulent activity in order to obtain a reservation.

* Falsifying age, name or any type of fraudulent activity is not tolerated.

* Renter/guest forfeits 100% of rates of nights booked, deposits and fees if any fraudulent activity is found on behalf of the renter/guest. This pertains to any fraudulent booking no matter what date the reservation is made and/or canceled.

* A 4 digit entry code will be provided to the email contact on file once the ID is verified. This code will be valid for the duration of your scheduled stay.

* OCCUPANCY: Max guests for rates listed is 14 persons. No exceptions. You will be evicted from the property without a refund if the max number is exceeded.

* No Events / parties are allowed.

* 2 small dogs under 20 lbs ea allowed with fee. No exceptions.

* You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Great family vacation!

We had 10 people stay here (multi gen family) for our family getaway! The house was perfect for us Clean and tidy. The host was amazing and super helpful and accommomdating We will be back and will recommend them to everyone!

Family Retreat

Property was close enough to walk to the beach. Lots of room for everyone and comfortable beds. I would suggest providing a larger skillet for parties of 14, and the kitchen needs a couple of hand towels. Overall, we had everything necessary, and everyone had a great time! Would definitely book again.

Perfect for extended family vacation

This is a great home for muliple families going on vacation together. This vacation included my husband , our two children; my parents and my brothers family (him, his wife and three kids) so to have three bedrooms with their own private bathroom and then a bunkroom for the kids was amazing. Everyone had plenty of space. Easy walk to the beach ornyou could drive down and park right on the beach (parking permit eequired for $10).

Beach trip

Condo was in a great location and the owner was very easy to get ahold of if needed. The only downfall during our trip were the mosquitos. We did not get to enjoy being on the deck cause they were so bad.

Amazing Location

We had an amazing time here! The walk to the beach was very short! The outdoor shower was perfect to help keep sand out and what not outside. The home had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the kids room, their only complaint was they wished they had a tv in it. Loved that each master bedroom had its own restroom! There was even a full bath in the hall that could be used if needed. The view on the patio was awesome! Us adults enjoyed it out there and loved the furniture! The grill was perfect since we mostly cooked out for our meals. This is definitely a must come back to place! Thank you for allowing us to stay! Communication was great!

GREAT WEEKEND

EVERYTHING WAS IN GREAT WORKING ORDER BUT WANT TO NOTE THAT ONE OF THE DECK BOARDS IS ROTTEN AND COULD CAUSE A SERIOUS PROBLEM. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO BE ABLE TO USE THE LIFT THAT WAS THERE BUT UNDERSTANDABLE AT TO WHY NOT, OTHERWISE IT WAS A GREAT PLACE!

Too many problems

We had a short trip 6/5-6/7 to kick off summer with family who live near by. We noticed as soon as we were inside there no towels in the bathrooms since we all ran in to potty after the drive. Turns out it’s because all the towels were in the laundry room still dirty. There was no laundry soap so I could not get it started. Went to wash my hands at the kitchen sink and saw there was no hand or dish soap and an old dirty sponge. Messaged the owner and found out the cleaning people never came. So we walked into a dirty house during a pandemic, yay! She did send them quickly which was nice, but we had to leave so they could clean which screwed up our plans. They did the absolute bare minimum cleaning and left smudges and marks on the doors and mirrors, left us the old sponge to do our dishes. Sand in all the dresser drawers so we could not put our clothes in. Later when I tried to get my kids ready for bed we realized there wasn’t enough bedding, and some of the bedding was dirty. Some sheets & towels were stained but grossest of all- there was a bathing suit crotch liner on one of the blankets. I was told not to worry they were washed last week. So FYI the blankets are not washed between use, during a pandemic. *gag* There was no internet and the dvd player was inoperable. The owner mentioned the dvd on the day of my check in but was not willing to fix the problem until I let her no there was no internet. She had a friend come and try to reboot the internet, unfortunately it didn’t work. She then offered then to bring a new DVD player and some pillow cases the next day, but I just had my mom bring me what we needed when she came. Saturday morning we got a text that there was a scheduled power outage on the whole island for 6/7, 7am-7pm. I did not see it until the evening because we were at the beach. The owner said she just found out, but a quick google search found lots of news about it and every local I talked to seemed to know,so that seems hard to believe. Monday morning we had to get up at 6 to make coffee and cook, do anything we needed electricity for. I don’t go on vacation to wake up early and do chores. Had we known in advance we could have made other arrangements. We had only one useful day and two totally wasted half days. I understand that some of it is out of the owner’s control but there was just one too many things wrong. I think we deserve a partial refund for all the time wasted dealing with other people’s problems.

Much needed getaway!!

A little nervous to rent a property site unseen but we were pleasantly surprised! The home is very nice, very clean. We really enjoyed having our puppy with us! Made the trip even better! The location is very close to the beach. We took a family vote and the results were unanimous. We would stay here again!

Kandi is an awesome person to communicate with. She was easily accessible & very prompt when I had questions. The house is perfect for 2 families with children or without. It also has everything provided that you need for cooking, sleeping & showering. She thought of everything! We had a great time!

Wonderful Vacation

House is beautiful and kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The only thing missing was a broom. House was located close to the beach and we had a great vacation! Wish we could have stayed longer. The owner answered questions we had while we were there very quickly and was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
