This newly renovated house in the heart of downtown Sheridan sits just two blocks from both Main Street and Kendrick/Whitney Commons Parks. The home features a renovated kitchen with new appliances, three remodeled bathrooms, and five bedrooms making it comfortable for up to ten guests. It also includes all the basic amenities you might need to make your stay the most comfortable it can be.

Beautiful home in a great location

This was our third time to stay in this lovely home. We love the old character and charm along with beautiful updates. The location is wonderful as we walked to Main Street and also around the park. Lovely quiet neighborhood. It is always clean and well stocked. Another enjoyable stay.

I thought this place was very clean and in a good location in Sheridan. It had 3 regular size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was what I wanted.

Great location for big group

Enjoyed a girls weekend here. Great space for cooking together, and hanging out. Comfy beds, spacious house and lots of bathrooms. Great distance to downtown and able to walk to everything. One small piece of advice is to bring your slippers if you’re visiting in winter.

Family Reunion

Cute little home was great for our family stay. The house was clean and updated well. Had a little musty smell due to all the rain in the area, but we aired it out quite easily. Walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, and ice cream in the park! Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and very family friendly

Lovely home with lots of bedrooms that were perfect for our family. Kitchen very well stocked as well as bathrooms which made us feel very welcome and cared for. Lots of toddler equipment including high chairs, baby gates and chalk for drawing outside. Laundry room a big plus. Plenty of dishes and glasses - we all commented on how terrific the place was for us.

Close to downtown

Nice location. Overall clean. Kept the snow shoveled. Beautiful old home with updated bathrooms. 3 decent sized bedrooms upstairs. 1 bedroom off dining room. 5th bedroom is at front of the house on main floor with inflatable mattress with little privacy. Basket with some adult beverages and nuts/snacks provided.

Beautiful home and Perfect Stay

We chose this home for a family of 7 adults and one baby so we could all be together for the wedding. The home is beautiful, very clean, and more importantly extrememly comfortable. It is spacious, well furnished, modern, and had plenty of room for everyone to move around and relax comfortably. Bonus is the wonderful bedding and great shower water pressure! :) The check in process was super easy, and the host was extremely easy to communcate with and very accomodating. If I"m back in Sheridan, this will be my go-to location! I can't think of one complaint any of us had. It's a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

Visit during Don King Days

Our group of 10 (5 couples) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was very clean, well furnished and all of the beds were very comfortable except for the air mattress. We would suggest considering a different type of bed for the 5th bedroom ie a murphy bed or roll away and locating it in the laundry. It could be set up only if a 5th bedroom is needed and there is more room in the laundry and a little more privacy. We moved the air mattress into the laundry from the sunroom for that reason. Then blinds would nice on the windows in there. Handrails in the tubs would be a good idea as our group were all over the age of 70. The doorknob came out of the door in the master bedroom. Perhaps the bedroom and bathroom doors could be planed a little bit so they did not stick so much. The little patio in back was nice. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and will stay there again if we are in Sheridan. And recommend it to anyone looking for a house that size!!!!

Perfect Place for a Family Reunion

This house was our "home" base for our family reunion. Five adults stayed at the house and the rest of the family stayed at a local hotel (which was really awful but that is another story). This house had everything that we need and plenty of space. The weather while we were there was rainy and cold unfortunately, but the house was still big enough for everyone. The only thing that happened was a leak from the toilet upstairs that leaked thru the ceiling in the 1st floor bathroom. Consequently, we had to limit the people that used that bathroom and we had to take showers in the bathroom downstairs. We made it work though. Because of the weather we weren't able to enjoy Kendrick Park which is a short walk from the house but we did enjoy the close walk to downtown shops and bars. Overall, we would definitely stay in this house again if ever in Sheridan again. Ohhhh....and Jordan is the best property manager. When I called him about the leak, he came over immediately and was very pleasant and thoughtful.

Simple, yet cozy and GREAT location!!

Love the location, love the house and all of the charm of an old farm house. The decorations are wonderfully chosen and the sheets are so soft and the beds so comfy!! The location just can’t be beat!!! Lovely houses and parks all around the place. Kendrick Park was a huge hit with our littles. Just a little constructive criticism…… We would rent the house again!! We HATE that only 3 quick showers can be taken and then you have to wait 1.5 hours until the hot H2O regenerates. Maybe install a tankless hot water heater if you can sleep 10 people? We ran out of toilet paper and ran to the store to buy more. (stock according to number of visitors?) We pay a hefty cleaning fee, which we gladly pay but the underneath of the vanities beds etc wasn’t clean. (most people wouldn’t notice but we had 4 kiddos who lose socks etc, ) When we couldn’t find sheets for the air mattress Beth came right over and got them out of the locked closet!!! She’s a doll!! All in all a good place to hang your hat!!

Great property

Great size and location fit all of us with ease. The kitchen could have a few more basic utensils, dishes and pans etc. But we had a great time in a lovely home.
