Come enjoy this quite and relaxing community that you will absolutely love! You have your own parking space (fee) plus one guest spot too. Only one rental per month so book your monthly will go quickly due to location, location, location! Please give a Week notice for office purposes!! Thank you 😊

Difficult start with spurts of problems throughout the stay

Very Nice location BUT the owner is at a distance and has no one to contact that is local. A number of problems including intense mold in the beginning…owner did compensate for our hotel stay until the place could be cleaned but too many items that could have been resolved with area help…parking “fee” that’s listed is 100 cash!! a bit deceiving…the outdoor space is fenced in but the loud traffic from the highway is annoying and not very relaxing..overall will not be returning to this unit

Fun in the Sun

Tammy's place was outstanding. The location couldn't have been better and she was so helpful/accessible. We would definitely have booked with her again next year, but unfortunately the date we were looking at had filled.

Clean and great location

Stayed for 3 weeks and condo had all the things you needed to cook. Very clean and cozy. Tammy was easy to work with and was flexible to let me stay until noon on my last day since my flight was later. The location is great. Close to store, gym and beaches. The condo pool was nice but does get crowded so have to get there early. There is a parking fee but spot was close to front door. Thank you Tammy for the pleasant 3 weeks stay!

Winter getaway

Great holiday stay during covid. A secure and quiet property to unwind and relax. Convenient access to a great pool and hot tub. All necessities for shopping, restaurants and services right around the corner and good central location within 30 minutes to 60 minutes from many day trip destinations. Host was always available and resposive.
