One of the most sought after locations in Fort Myers, this beautifully decorated and well-appointed 2nd floor condo is in a new, quiet, secure, gated community. This new community features tropical architectural homes, lush landscaping and a spectacular Island Clubhouse.

This professionally decorated unit with high-end furnishings, with a modern, tropical touch, overlooks the nature preserve. A short walk to the Island clubhouse provides you with a whirlpool, tennis court, basketball, a professionally equipped fitness center and a relaxing heated swimming pool. Your relaxing vacation is only a few clicks away. Reserve now!

The open floor plan condo allows flow from kitchen nook to kitchen, to breakfast bar and dining room, right through to the spacious great room. The 1632 sq./ft. of living space with 12-foot ceilings is bright and airy. The master suite has two walk-in closets, dual sinks, a spacious shower with private water closet, and features a king size bed. Guest bedroom is steps away from the main bathroom and features a queen size bed. The den, set-up as a home office, also has a queen size air mattress available for occasional guests. Ceramic tiles are throughout the main living areas, kitchen and bathrooms.

The great room offers entertainment with a 55” HDTV flat screen and a Blu-ray DVD player. Each bedroom has it’s own 32” flat screen. Free Wi-Fi is available in the condo. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious pantry.


The full wall of sliding glass doors open up to reveal the screen and covered lanai which overlooks the Nature Preserve. The comfortable lanai lounge furniture makes it a perfect spot to relax throughout the day or have an evening nightcap!


Outside there are two parking spaces (one with a car port).

Beautiful condo in the best location.

We stayed for the month of January and couldn't be happier with it. Condo was very well appointed and had the basic essentials when we arrived. We liked that the condo is in a small gated community and included a heated pool and a small but adequate gym. The location was great, near the beach, great restaurants, and not as congested as other areas. Mike was a pleasure to deal with as well. Bikes and beach chairs and towels were also nice to have. Would highly recommend this condo.

Great spot to be a snow bird

The property was clean and stocked with everything you would need( unless your a finicky cook who needs soecial equipment....lol) we had the hot water tank fail ,late evening,by 4 the next day it was all replaced and working fine!! The repair people were friendly and very professional. It was definitely a very safe and relaxing setting.

We enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautifully furnished condo located in a gated community with a pool, exercise room and pickle ball court. There are also two bikes, as well as beach towels and chairs for you to use. We truly felt at home and enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous Environment

We feel extremely lucky to have found this place. It had everything we were looking for. A lovely, spacious and well-equipped condo, helpful owner, great neighbors, amazing community pool and gym and easy access to Fort Myers beach. We loved the lanai backing onto the trees, where we could take coffee in the morning, and plan activities for the day. Everything was easy to do, no hassles. A big bonus was we found local bridge clubs where we could play often.
