A well-equipped kitchen, spacious living and family rooms, a dining room table with seating for six, a fenced-in backyard with furnished patio and propane BBQ grill, and a partially finished basement with a futon sofa and room for kids to play all make this a great home for families. Great home to stay in!

We were in Arvada for a softball tournament. This home was centrally located to all the ball parks. It was also convenient for shopping and restaurants. The home itself was comfortable and nicely furnished with many thoughtful touches and supplies. We especially appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the garage with all the equipment we were carrying. We highly recommend this rental!

Great House - Loved that we all had our own Bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Appreciated all the amenities in the Kitchen. All the Beds were comfortable and House was clean:)

The home was very nice and well-kept. There was plenty of room, and the outdoor patio was a pleasant place to have morning coffee or tea. Each of us said that our beds were quite comfortable. There are quite a few stairs, which is something to keep in mind. The location was great! We were able to drive around or catch Lyfts/ Ubers with no issues. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great for Families

Lots of space (as pictured) and plenty of toys for little ones. Location is close to the highway, Olde Town Arvada and 20 minutes to the city. Definitely a great spot for families or groups.

Very comfortable, well stocked, quiet neighborhood close to old Town Arvada

Great place for families. We wanted a place close to our daughter, son-in-law, & granddaughters who live in Arvada and this was perfect! Stayed for 9 days! Great grandparents visited for 2 nights, kept our 11/2 granddaughter for 4 nights. This place was perfect for all ages.

This house was mostly great for our group of 6. It's clear that it has been recently remodeled, so the carpeting & furnishings are new. The biggest challenge we had was with the A/C. It was cold on the main floor, very cold on the lower level, and hot upstairs. It was a 90º week, so this system was clearly struggling to cool evenly.We cooked every breakfast and a few dinners at the house. The new fridge & freezer worked well, but the kitchen lacked a colander & reasonable cooking sheets. Also, this house needs more substantial cutting boards and art on the walls. The back yard was a very nice place to hang out, but the cushions are very tired & worn. We had to wipe down all the furniture & table before eating out there. Finally, "walking distance to Olde Town" is a stretch. It's nearly a mile, on a busy road. It's still super convenient by car or bike, but "One mile from Olde Town" would be more accurate.

Nice house for all 7 of us! The beds were comfortable. The back patio was a nice relaxing area. With 3 living rooms none of the kids or adults were ever cramped for space.
